A) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane insole. (B) Conventional technology On the surface of a polyurethane insole, a cloth is usually laminated in order to improve the feel, durability, and appearance of the sole of the foot when in use. As for the multilayer of this fabric, a predetermined amount of the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture is put into the cavity of the lower mold insole shape, the cavity is covered with the fabric to be layered, combined with the upper mold, and the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture is heated. Foam cure
It was done by integrating. In the above process, when the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture is foamed and cured by heating in the lower mold cavity to be integrated with the cloth, the foamed liquid polyurethane penetrates through the textures and stitches of the cloth, and the insole is completed. It appeared on the surface, became dirty, and deteriorated in appearance. Therefore, conventionally, in the manufacturing process of the insole, the lower surface of the lower mold cavity containing the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture is covered by using the fabric on which the polyurethane film has been thermocompressed beforehand on the lower surface, and the polyurethane adhesive is thickened on the lower surface. A method of covering the lower mold cavity containing the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture by using the coated and dried cloth has been practiced. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the former, when the film is thinned in order to avoid the increase because the film is expensive, the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture to the lower mold cavity part is increased. If the injection is not made evenly over the entire surface, polyurethane foam may penetrate and appear on the surface in the course of foaming in weaves, stitches, etc. at the part where a large amount of water has been partially injected. For example, the polyurethane adhesive filled the weaves and stitches, became hard after drying, and significantly reduced the feel of the soles. The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method for manufacturing a polyurethane insole. D) Means for Solving the Problem The method for producing a polyurethane insole of the present invention is to apply a foamed latex to the lower surface of a fabric, dry and foam-harden the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture in the cavity of the lower mold insole shape. A predetermined amount is put in, the upper surface of the cavity is covered with the latex foam-cured surface of the cloth facing downward, combined with an upper mold, and the polyurethane foam liquid mixture is foam-cured under appropriate conditions to be integrated with the cloth. It is what Foamed latex is a natural rubber latex, styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber latex, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber latex, polyurethane emulsion, ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion that is mechanically foamed so that the specific gravity after drying is 0.2 to 0.4. Etc. are used appropriately. At this time, if the specific gravity is larger than the above range, the hardness of the applied cloth increases, and if it is too small, the stitches may be missed due to the texture, stitches,
Either way, it is not preferable. As the cloth, a stretchable cloth is appropriately used so that even if the insole has a protrusion or an arch-shaped bulge, it can be coped with without trouble.

A natural rubber latex mechanically foamed with a specific amount of vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator, foaming agent, filler and other rubber compounding agents to give a specific gravity after drying of French pile (polyamide type). ) Underside (thickness 1 mm)
Put in a dryer at 140-150 ℃ for 10 minutes, vulcanize and dry. A foamed polyurethane liquid mixture containing ethylene adipate polyester, ethylene diol, and methylene diisocyanate as the main components, whose specific gravity after curing is 0.3, is placed in the cavity of the insole shape of the lower mold (temperature 40 ° C), Cover the French pile with the latex foam-cured surface facing down, combine with the upper mold (temperature of 40 ° C) and let stand for 5 minutes to foam-cure the polyurethane foam liquid mixture in the cavity and at the same time integrate it with the lower surface of the French pile. Turn into The upper mold was removed, the cured cured product was die-cut, and the protrusions and the like at the peripheral edge were cut to obtain the desired polyurethane insole. F) Actions and effects The fabric that is integrated with the foamed polyurethane part that is the base of the insole on the upper surface is a latex film in which the layer treated to prevent eye leakage is foamed, and it is flexible before drying. Since it is in a foaming state when flowing, it does not clog textures, stitches, etc., and in this respect also flexibility is not lost at all. Moreover, even if the injection of the foamed polyurethane liquid mixture into the cavity of the lower mold is uneven during the temporary manufacturing process, the latex film on the lower surface of the fabric has a uniform thickness over the entire area and there are no thin spots. Since the foamed polyurethane can withstand the pressure during foaming and does not break, it is possible to prevent the foamed polyurethane from penetrating into the weave and the stitch, and thus reliably prevent the polyurethane from appearing on the surface of the insole. Moreover, since the foaming forms continuous pores in most cases, the hot air due to perspiration on the sole of the foot easily dissipates from the cut surface of the peripheral edge, and the wearing feeling can be improved. Further, since the foamed latex is cheaper than the polyurethane film and the like, it contributes to the cost reduction of the foamed polyurethane insole. The technical idea of the method of manufacturing the polyurethane insole is applied to the polyurethane boot and the inner boot having the inner cloth in exactly the same manner.
