(Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and devices) Conventionally, as this type of underlayment material, a water absorbent sheet made of non-woven fiber, paper, or synthetic resin, or a sheet obtained by blending or applying an antibacterial agent on these sheets There is. However, since the conventional underlayment has a water-absorbing property as a whole, various items such as tatami mats, carpets, and futons that come into contact with the underlayment when it absorbs water, on the contrary, easily absorbs water from the underlayment, resulting in insufficient moisture-proof effect and mold. There are problems that are likely to occur.

Also, as a sheet generally used for various moisture absorption applications,
A hygroscopic sheet in which a super absorbent polymer is sandwiched between paper or a non-woven fabric or a super absorbent polymer is sandwiched between a non-woven fabric and a synthetic resin perforated film is proposed. However, there is a problem in that the air-permeability and cushioning properties are insufficient for use as an underlayment material for a press closet and the moisture-proof and mildew-proof effects cannot be sufficiently exerted.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the moisture-proof underlaying material of the present invention is made of a synthetic resin having a large number of small holes on one surface of a non-woven fabric sheet made of a super absorbent resin containing an antibacterial agent. A perforated film is laminated, and a large number of synthetic resin tubular strips are arranged substantially parallel to the other surface of the sheet, and the direction in which the strips and the sheet and film intersect the longitudinal direction of the strips. The strips are thermo-compressed into strips and integrated with each other. The strips of the thermo-compression section are flatly crimped and connected to each other, and air is sealed in the tubular section of the strip between the thermo-compression sections. It is a thing.

The non-woven fiber sheet (1) is made of highly water-absorbent resinous fibers, and contains or is coated with an antibacterial agent. As the highly water-absorbent resin, a conventionally known resin that absorbs several tens to 1000 times its own weight of water may be used. For example, starch-
A super absorbent polymer such as an acrylonitrile graft polymer, a starch-acrylic acid salt graft polymer, a crosslinked product of a polyacrylic acid salt, or an acrylic acid-acrylonitrile copolymer may be used. Further, the non-woven fiber sheet (1) is made of a super absorbent resin fiber, specifically, a fiber having a super absorbent resin outer layer provided on a fiber serving as a core material such as an acrylic fiber. It may be made from a mixture of the synthetic fiber and the natural fiber. The antibacterial agent may be mixed by any suitable means such as mixing antibacterial fibers with the above fibers.

Further, this perforated film (2) is laminated on one side of the non-woven fiber sheet (1) in order to keep the moisture and water absorbed in the non-woven fiber sheet (1) in the above-mentioned sheet (1). It is provided.

The tubular strip (3) is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and generally has a straw shape having a diameter of about 3 to 5 mm. The tubular strips (3) are arranged in parallel on the other side of the non-woven fiber sheet (1), that is, on the side opposite to the perforated film (2), and as shown in FIG. 3), (3) ... and the non-woven fiber sheet (1) and perforated film (2) are thinly spaced at a certain interval in the direction intersecting the length direction of the strips (3), (3). It is integrated by thermocompression bonding in a band. The strip-shaped thermocompression bonding parts (4), (4) ... each strip (3),
(3) ... are pressure-bonded flat and connected and integrated with each other in the direction intersecting the length direction. Air is sealed in the tubular portions of the strips (3), (3) ... The strips (3), (3) ... Are provided at intervals of about 20 to 100 mm in the longitudinal direction.

In the above examples, the antibacterial agent is mixed or applied only to the non-woven fiber sheet (1), but the antibacterial agent is also mixed to the perforated film (2), the tubular strips (3), (3). Alternatively, it may be applied.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the moisture-proof underlaying material of the present invention is provided with a synthetic resin perforated film on one surface of the nonwoven fiber sheet and a large number of synthetic resin tubular strips on the other surface. Therefore, the moisture-absorbent non-woven fiber sheet can improve the moisture-proof effect without directly touching an article such as tatami mat, carpet, or futon.

On the other side of the non-woven fiber sheet, a large number of synthetic resin tubular strips are arranged substantially in parallel and thermocompression-bonded in strips at intervals in the direction intersecting the length direction of the strips. Since air is enclosed in the tubular part of the strip between the crimping parts, it has a cushioning property, and also has a tatami mat, a carpet, which comes into contact with the tubular strip,
It is possible to improve the air permeability between the product such as a futon and to sufficiently exert the moisture-proof and mildew-proof effects.

さらに、不織繊維シート、有孔フイルム、管状細条が細

Furthermore, since the non-woven fiber sheet, the perforated film, and the tubular strips are thermocompression-bonded into strips at intervals in the direction intersecting the length direction of the strips, they are integrated, In addition to the direction, it can be freely bent and wound along the flat thermo-compression bonding part that intersects with it.
Even when cutting, if each strip and the thermo-compression bonding portion in the form of a strip are used as marks, it can be easily cut to a desired size without bending in the vertical and horizontal directions, and handling is extremely convenient.
