Abstract

PURPOSE:To develope a small-sized electric wire wound parts wherein a specified coil out of coils formed in wire winding sections has an EI core, the other coil has a third core, and the specified coil and the coil operate as independent wire wound elements. 【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 四辺形の巻線部の両側に角形の角鍔を、
これら端鍔の間に中間鍔を各々設けて鍔間を巻線区分と
すると共に、中間鍔には巻線部の筒内孔底面に合わせた
深さの割状溝を鍔幅に沿って形成したボビンと、このボ
ビンの巻線区分各々に巻線したコイルと、一方の端鍔の
外方より巻線部の筒内孔に中央脚を挿入し左右脚を鍔外
に張出させて上記ボビンに組付けたE形状コアと、上記
中間鍔の割状溝に嵌合させ上記したE形状コアの脚端に
連結させたI形コアと、他方の端鍔の外方より巻線部の
筒内孔に挿入して上記ボビンに組付けた第三のコアとを
備えて構成したことを特徴とする小形電気巻線部品。
