Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a concrete product having decorative surface, from which large and small natural stones emerge. CONSTITUTION:On the botton surface of a high surface pallet 1, a rubber plate 2 with a large number of recessed surfaces 4, in each of which a natural stone 3 is fitted and each of which has a fine drainage hole 5 at its center, are laid. After the natural stones 3 are fitted in the recessed surfaces under the condition that the upper part S of each stone 3 projects beyond the plate, the surface pallet 1, the surface of which is moistened by spraying water from above, is arranged in a form. After that, concrete is charged in the form and compacted under vibration and prassure. The portions of the stones, which are fitted in the recessed surfaces 4 of the rubber plate 2, are so constituted as to produce a revealed face by peeling off the rubber plate 2 after the molding, curing and stripping of a concrete product. Since no movement of stones occur at molding, an intended surface can be produced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a concrete product used for a retaining wall or earth retaining intended by the present invention uses a dish-shaped surface pallet, so that the wall surface laminated is a monotonous wall surface and is in harmony with the surrounding environment. There was a feeling of strangeness. In order to improve this point, the applicant uses a surface pallet that has a deeper depth than the conventional surface pallet, lays a soft rubber plate on the bottom of this surface pallet, and lays a natural stone block on this to place it in the formwork. We have developed a method for placing concrete in concrete, compacting it by vibration and pressing, and forming the concrete block with the exposed surface of natural stone on the surface using the elasticity of the rubber plate. However, according to the above invention, since the slump-free hard concrete is used and the soft rubber plate is used, the stone blocks arranged on the rubber plate are pressed by the upper side. It is well suited to be embedded in about half of the concrete to form a concrete block with the target natural stone surface, but when using soft concrete, the stone blocks are completely embedded in the concrete. The surface of the demolded product only shows the surface of the lump of stone, and a product having an uneven surface like a natural stone cannot be obtained. Also, there was a subtle change in the sinking of the stone blocks depending on the softness of the rubber plate used.
