Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は皮膚化粧料、さらに詳しくは、水仕事などによ
る肌あれ（主に手あれ）から皮膚を保護する皮膚化粧料
に関する。
［従来の技術］ 従来、水仕事などによる肌あれから皮膚を保護するため
にはハンドクリームが汎用されてきた。ハンドクリーム
は水仕事などにより失われた皮脂を補給し、さらに保湿
剤や水の配合により皮膚に柔軟性を賦与している。
しかしながら、ハンドクリームは水洗によって容易にあ
らいながされてしまうので皮膚保護効果は必ずしも満足
できるものではない。
現に、主婦のなかには炊事、洗濯などの度重なる水仕事
による手あれに悩んでいる人は多い。
手洗い回数の多い歯科医などでは治療器具や患者に付着
してはならないのでハンドクリームを使用することもで
きず手あれが進み、ひどい場合には不快な皮膚炎症にま
で至ることが多い。
また、理容師などのなかにも手洗いによる肌あれに加え
て染毛剤、パーマ液による炎症を訴える人が少なくな
い。
このようなとくに手あれのひどい職業に従事している人
のための皮膚保護料の技術としては、特公昭48-1503号
公報があるが、このものは比較的高粘度のトリメチルシ
リル未端封鎖ジオリガノシロキサンを使用しシリカなど
を用いて組成物としているため、皮膚に塗布したときに
ベタツキ感が強く、接触物への付着も著しいなどの欠点
を有する。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ 本発明者等は、このような事情にかんがみ、水仕事から
効果的に皮膚を保護（とくに水洗いを繰り返しても保護
効果が失われない）し、且つさっぱりした使用感を有し
ていて接触物への付着も少ない皮膚化粧料を得ることを
目的に鋭意研究を行った結果、特定の有機シリコーン樹
脂を揮発性シリコーン油とともに用いたならば、のびが
よく且つ皮膚に塗布したときにシリコーン油の揮散に伴
ってさっぱりした感触で長時間にわたって皮膚を保護
し、水洗などによっても容易に洗い流されない良好な揆
水皮膜が形成されることを見出し、この知見にもとづい
て本発明を完成するに至った。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ すなわち、本発明は下記（Ａ）で示される有機シリコー
ン樹脂１〜９０重量％および下記（Ｂ）で示される揮発
性シリコーン油１０〜９９重量％含有することを特徴と
する皮膚化粧料である。
（Ａ）Ｒ３ＳｉＯ1/2単位（Ｒは炭素数１〜６までの炭
化水素基またはフェニル基を表す）およびＳｉＯ２単位
からなる有機シリコーン樹脂であり、かつＲ３ＳｉＯ
1/2単位：ＳｉＯ２単位の比が0.5／１〜1.5／１までの
範囲内に存在すること。
（Ｂ）一般式（Ｉ）および一般式（II）で表される揮発
性シリコーン油の少なくとも一種。
一般式（Ｉ） （式中ｎは０〜３の整数を示す。） 一般式（II） （式中ｎは４〜６の整数を示す。） 本発明で用いる上記（Ａ）の有機シリコーン樹脂は対応
する既知のシラン類の加水分解によって容易に得ること
ができる。
配合量は、皮膚化粧料全量中の１〜90重量％である。
また、本発明で用いる上記一般式（Ｉ）あるいは一般式
（II）で表される鎖状シリコーン油および環状シリコー
ン油はいずれも揮発性であって上記有機シリコーン樹脂
に対して溶媒となり得る。
配合量は、皮膚化粧料全量中の10〜99重量％である。
上記の必須成分を含有してなる皮膚化粧料はその配合量
に応じて、溶液状からクリーム状までを呈する。すなわ
ち、揮発性シリコーン油が多いときは溶液状を呈し、有
機シリコーン樹脂が増量するにしたがって固形状にな
る。
当然のことながら、上記必須成分に加えて、水性成分お
よび適切な界面活性剤を配合して乳化技術を駆使するこ
とによって、揆水性をうしなわない範囲で油中水型ある
いは水中油型の乳化組成物にすることも可能である。
本発明の皮膚化粧料には上記の他に、目的に応じて本発
明のの効果を損なわない量的、質的範囲内で、さらに油
脂類、ロウ類、薬剤、香料、あるいは他の揮発性成分等
を配合しても良い。
さらにまた本願発明を完成せる研究過程において、種々
の有機シリコーン樹脂についても検討したところ、Ｒ３
ＳｉＯ1/2単位とＳｉＯ２単位との組合せからなる特定
の有機シリコーン樹脂を用いることによってのみ初めて
本発明のすぐれた効果を奏することが判った。
以下、実施例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。本
発明は、これらによって限定されるものではない。配合
量は全て重量％である。
実施例１ハンドローション ジメチルシロキサン1.5cs（ｎ＝２） 93 （CH3 ）３SiO1/2／SiO2 ＝0.8／１ ２ の有機シリコーン樹脂 メチルフェニルポリシロキサン ５ 〜を70〜80℃で撹拌溶解し、冷却してハンドローシ
ョンを得た。
実施例１はさっぱりとした使用感で揆水性も良好であ
り、長時間皮膚を保護する作用を有していた。また、実
施例１を塗布した手で金属などにふれても成分が付着す
ることはなかった。
実施例２ハンドクリーム オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン 15 （CH3）３SiO1/2／SiO2＝0.5/1 65 の有機シリコーン樹脂 マイクロクリスタリンワックス ５ 流動パラフィン 15 実施例１に準じて実施例２を得た。
実施例２はさっぱりとした使用感で、長時間皮膚を保護
する作用を有していた。また、実施例２を塗布した手で
コップなどを持っても成分の付着はみられなかった。
さらに実施例２は耐水性に優れており、石鹸で５回洗浄
した後でも良好な揆水性を有していた。
実施例３ハンドモイスチュアローション デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン 30 （CH3）３SiO1/2／SiO2＝0.5／１ 40 の有機シリコーン樹脂 ソルビタンモノオレート ５ 水 22 ジプロピレングリコール ３ 〜を70〜80℃で撹拌混合し、この中へを中へ溶
解したものを添加し、乳化してハンドモイスチュアロー
ションを得た。
［発明の効果］ 本発明の皮膚化粧料は、のびがよく且つ皮膚に塗布した
ときにさっぱりした感触で長時間にわたって皮膚を保護
し、水洗などによっても容易に洗い流されることがな
い。さらに、塗布した手などで触れても対象物に帯する
付着が少ない皮膚化粧料である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】下記（Ａ）で示される有機シリコーン樹脂
    １〜９０重量％および下記（Ｂ）で示される揮発性シリ
    コーン油１０〜９９重量％含有することを特徴とする皮
    膚化粧料。 （Ａ） Ｒ３ＳｉＯ1/2単位（Ｒは炭素数１〜６までの
    炭化水素基またはフェニル基を表す）およびＳｉＯ２単
    位からなる有機シリコーン樹脂であり、かつＲ３ＳｉＯ
    1/2単位：ＳｉＯ２単位の比が、0.5／１〜1.5／１まで
    の範囲内に存在すること。 （Ｂ） 一般式（Ｉ）および一般式（II）で表される揮
    発性シリコーン油の少なくとも一種。 一般式（Ｉ） （式中ｎは０〜３の整数を示す。） 一般式(II) （式中ｎは４〜６の整数を示す。）
