2. Description of the Related Art Generally, ALC boards (lightweight cellular concrete boards) and extruded hollow cement boards are known as outer wall materials that pass the JIS-A-1304 fireproof 1 hour test, and their joints are filled with rock wool. The backup material and the sealing material were used.

Further, as an improved version of the above-mentioned panel, there is Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-226746, and the joint structure of the outer wall formed by using this composite plate is a mat in the fitting space of the male and female type connecting parts. It had a structure filled with inorganic packing material, caulking material and the like.

However, although the composite plate is lighter in weight and longer than the ALC plate or the like, the timing at which the packing material for joints is planted, that is, in the concave groove of the female-type connecting portion before the construction is performed on site. It is either inserted or planted at the same time as the core material is formed at the time of manufacturing the composite board, but there is a disadvantage that the position is displaced due to the band. Also, the composite plate was significantly lighter than before, but was considerably heavier than the core material made of plastic foam alone.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention uses the composite plate itself as a single core material such as phenol foam and the male and female connecting portions as a quadruple engagement structure. In addition to the trapezoidal fitting that is easy to connect, a heat insulating layer in contact with only the heat insulating material and the packing material is provided in the center to greatly enhance fire protection, waterproofing, heat insulation, and airtightness It proposes an easy joint structure.

The core material 31 comprises a plastic foam 32 and an incombustible plate material 33. The plastic foam 32 is mainly a heat insulating material, a fireproof material, an adhesive, a reinforcing material, a cushioning material, a sound absorbing material, a bulk material, and a weight reducing material. The non-foamed raw material is injected between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 16, reacted and foamed, and all the constituent materials are integrally fixed. A specific example thereof is a foam which can be a semi-incombustible or more, preferably a non-combustible material by itself, such as a resol type phenolic foam, and has a density of about 50 to 300.
Mechanical strength can be fully exhibited at about kg / m 3 . Of course, long and short fibers (glass wool, rock wool, carbon fiber, etc.) are evenly dispersed in the foam,
It can also be unevenly distributed.

The long non-combustible plate member 33 separates the double-sided material between the upper holding piece 9, the lower holding piece 22, and the upper holding piece 15 and the lower holding piece 29 so as to completely block them thermally so that the joint portion B is covered. The purpose is to enhance heat insulation and mechanical strength under high heat (including shape retention). For example, phenol foam (density 100 to 500 kg / m 3 ), rock wool, gypsum board, magnesium carbonate board, silicic acid. It is made of one or more of calcium plate, perlite plate, honeycomb plate made of non-combustible paper, glass wool plate, etc., and has a thickness of about 3 to 3 as shown in FIG.

In the case of the non-combustible plate material 33 using rock wool, glass wool, phenol foam, or carbon fiber, it is more preferable that the non-flammable plate material 33 has a shape-retaining property such as felt or mat. An inorganic foaming material that foams or cures, such as borax, water glass, a phosphoric acid flame retardant, or a plate body impregnated with phenol foam may be used. Further, in the case of the honeycomb body, a phenol foam, a pearlite plate, or a plate body in which rock wool is filled at a low density may be used.

As described above, according to the joint structure according to the present invention, the fireproof test (1 hour) can be passed because the nonflammable plate is interposed in the center of the joint which is the weakest point in fire protection.
It is possible to block gaps and the like in the connecting portion, absorb dimensional errors, and significantly improve heat insulation, airtightness, and workability. Since the guides for the front and back surface materials can be reliably made of non-combustible plate material during manufacturing, it can be manufactured with high accuracy, and the mechanical strength of the connecting part,
Engaging force can be significantly strengthened. By forming the packing material, the fireproof and waterproof properties of the joint can be greatly improved. Male,
It is extremely easy to fit the female type connecting portion. There are characteristics and effects.

1. A core material, which is mainly composed of a plastic foam having a fireproofing performance of a semi-incombustible material or more, is integrally formed between a surface material and a back surface material made of a long plate material on a body, and the In a joint structure in which a composite plate having male and female connecting portions on both sides is connected, the male connecting portion is a side surface formed in parallel in the order of a guide ridge, a fitting groove, a ridge and a housing groove, and the fitting. A non-combustible plate material is integrally inserted in the center of the insertion groove so as to be embedded in the core material from the surface of the insertion insertion groove, and a female connection by lowering the end of the male connection portion from the decorative surface of the surface material. The female connecting portion includes a joint stepped surface cover portion, a concave line for inserting the guide convex line, and a main convex line and the convex line that fit into the fitting insertion groove. The sub-relief ridge to be fitted and the sub-relief ridge corresponding to the storage groove are configured in parallel with the side face in this order, and at the center of the main ridge. A non-combustible plate material is planted integrally with the core material, and when the male connecting portion and the female connecting portion are fitted together, at least the space between the fitting groove and the main ridge is fireproof, waterproof and cushioning. A joint structure characterized in that a certain packing material is interposed and the packing material and the non-combustible plate material interposed in each of the connecting portions are in contact with each other.
