The rigidity of the unit is increased by using a corrugated plate that is formed in a concave-convex shape in the indoor and outdoor directions as an inner panel, and by stretching the corrugated plate on the base frame 1 so that the convex surfaces a are continuous in the lateral direction. It is possible to prevent deformation such as distortion and bending as shown in 6 (B) and 6 (C). Further, since the concave and convex portions of the inner panel 2 are arranged in the lateral direction, the structure which prevents rainwater from entering the inner side of the outer panel 3 from the inner panel 2 to the indoor side is described above. It can be easily achieved. Since the curtain wall unit is provided between the opening portions of the building, it is preferable that the curtain wall unit is horizontally long as shown in FIG. 2, and the amount of deformation in the indoor and outdoor directions becomes large in the longitudinal direction. With the structure in which the convex surface a is continuous in the lateral direction as in the present invention,
It is possible to effectively prevent the left and right ends from bending in the indoor and outdoor directions.

FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B) are side views showing a modification of the inner panel 2, wherein a flat panel 13 is welded to one side (A) or both sides (B) of the inner panel. This is an example in which the rigidity is further increased by forming the inner panel in which the hollow portions d are continuously or intermittently provided by being fixed to each other. In the example of FIG. 5 (C), an inner panel 2A in which a hollow part d is continuously formed by integral molding is formed of an aluminum profile, and the inner panel 2A has the hollow part d facing sideways as in the above embodiment. It is obvious that the rigidity can be improved by such a configuration as well.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the inner panel stretched over the base frame is made of a plate material having an uneven shape and the outer side surface (convex surface) is arranged continuously in the lateral direction, The rigidity of the structure that is combined with the inner panel is increased, and not only the distortion of the unit but also the bending deformation is prevented. Also, since the outer panel is fixed to the inner panel,
The unit as a whole is integrated into a structure that is strong against external force such as wind pressure, and the rigidity of the unit as a whole is increased in combination with the increase in the strength of the inner panel. As a result, a unit with high dimensional accuracy can be configured, and the outer panel surface between adjacent units can be easily aligned even when the unit is installed on a building. In addition, since the inner panel is installed so that the outer surface is continuous in the lateral direction, it is possible to easily prevent rainwater from entering the indoor side and, in addition, in general, the left and right indoor units of the horizontally long unit It is possible to effectively prevent outward bending.

According to the third aspect, since the wind pressure applied to the outer panel is received on the entire surface of the inner panel via the adhesive, a unit having high rigidity can be constructed. Further, when the unit is manufactured, the plurality of outer panels are set on a flat surface, the inner panel is placed on the outer panel, and the plurality of outer panels can be flush with each other by tightening the nut. No need for face-to-face alignment work and assembly time can be shortened. Further, since the outer panel can be integrated with the inner panel by tightening the mounting bolts and nuts, the period required for curing the adhesive becomes unnecessary.
