2. Description of the Related Art Static electricity is liable to be generated when a plastic material or product is manufactured or used, and there is a problem that an explosion accident occurs or a human body is electrically charged and an electric shock is generated. Even in the case of adhesive tapes or sheets (hereinafter collectively referred to as adhesive tapes), when the adhesive tape or sheet is peeled off from the release paper or the back surface of the substrate during use, static electricity is generated on the adhesive tape and the human body is charged, and the above-mentioned problems occur. May occur. In order to solve the above problems, a method of kneading conductive carbon into a base material of an adhesive tape (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-9).

However, in the method of kneading the conductive carbon into the base material, the color of the base material becomes black, and the color of the adhesive tape cannot be freely selected. It is necessary to knead a considerable amount of conductive carbon in order to develop the antistatic property, and the strength of the base material is lowered, and it is difficult to produce an adhesive tape that can be used. In addition, the method of applying the antistatic agent to the surface of the substrate is easily affected by humidity, and it is difficult to sufficiently prevent static electricity under low humidity in winter. It is also conceivable to mix the above antistatic agent in an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, but since the antistatic agent bleeds onto the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface and significantly reduces the adhesive physical properties, it is not possible to use this method from a practical viewpoint. It was difficult.

The present invention will be described in more detail below. As the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polymer using an acrylic monomer can be used. For example, a copolymer of an acrylic acid monomer and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer and a cross-linked product thereof, a copolymer of an acrylic acid monomer and a butyl acrylate monomer. Examples thereof include a polymer and a crosslinked product thereof, a copolymer of an ethyl acrylate monomer, a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer, a methylmethacrylic acid monomer and a 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate monomer, and a crosslinked product thereof. A tackifier or a surfactant can be added to these acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives for the purpose of adjusting the adhesive strength.

In the above polyether polyol compound, the ether bond in the molecule forms a complex with an alkali metal,
It imparts conductivity to the adhesive. This polyether polyol compound has a weight average molecular weight of 400
Those of 0 or less, preferably 200 to 1000 can be suitably used. Specifically, PP-400, PP-1000, P of trade name Sannix (manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.)

Since the surface specific resistance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive increases, it is difficult to produce a stable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which is not preferable.

The above polyether polyol compound is used in an amount of 5 to 40 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the acrylic adhesive.
Preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight, more preferably 15 to 2
Add 5 parts by weight. If the blending amount of the polyether polyol compound is less than 5 parts by weight, the surface specific resistance value of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive surface exceeds 1.0 × 10 12 Ω, and it becomes difficult to obtain sufficient antistatic property. If the amount exceeds 40 parts by weight, the adhesive properties are remarkably deteriorated and the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape becomes problematic.

(Performance Test of Adhesive Sheet) Examples 1 to 1 above
The surface resistivity, peeling electrification voltage, and tackiness of each pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet obtained in Example 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 were measured by the following methods, and the results shown in Table 1 were obtained. Surface resistivity: A sample was prepared in a size of 10 cm × 10 cm, and the surface resistivity of the adhesive surface was measured. The surface resistivity is

Using the ultra-high resistance measurement sample box TR-42 of -8601,
The measurement was performed by applying a DC voltage of 100 V for 1 minute under the condition of 23 ° C. × 60% RH. Peeling electrification voltage: A sample was prepared in a size of 10 cm × 30 cm, the adhesive surface was attached to a polyethylene terephthalate film, and the peeling electrification voltage on the adhesive tape side was measured when the sample was peeled at a speed of 600 cm for 1 minute. The peeling electrification voltage was 23 using a digital electrostatic potential measuring device manufactured by Kasuga Electric Co., Ltd.
It was measured under the condition of ° C x 60% RH. Stickiness: The adhesive surface of each sample was touched with a finger and judged according to the following criteria. ○: Adhesive, ×: No adhesive
The average of 20 people in total was shown.

As described in detail above, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention uses an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a polyether polyol compound and at least one alkali metal salt. Since the conductivity is imparted and the static electricity generated when peeling the adhesive tape or sheet is quickly neutralized, it is possible to significantly suppress the influence of humidity on the adhesive and the deterioration of the adhesive physical properties. At the same time, the adhesive has good ionic conductivity and has an antistatic function. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is not affected by environmental humidity, has excellent antistatic properties when peeled, and also has excellent antistatic properties that do not impair the adhesive physical properties.
