CONSTITUTION:This weft supply package for a shuttleless loom is formed of multi-filament bulky finished yarn made of thermoplastic synthetic fiber. The winding hardness of this weft supply package is 55-70 degrees, and the winding hardness difference between the center part A and the end face parts B1, B2 is 10 degrees or less. The rapid weaving of the shuttleless loom can be performed by this weft supply package.

2. Description of the Related Art A shuttleless loom according to the present invention is different from a shuttle loom in which wefts are preliminarily rewound around a pipe or the like and replenished in a shuttle, and the wefts are continuously unwound from a weft supply package and directly fed with a fluid, This is a weaving machine that inserts wefts into the warp shed with a weft carrier such as a bullet or rapier.

According to this shuttleless loom, when the number of revolutions is 500 rpm or less, it is possible to produce a woven fabric without any particular problems in terms of weaving operability and woven fabric quality even if the bulky processed yarn is used as the weft yarn. However, with recent innovations in the loom and rationalization of weaving, the number of revolutions of the loom has been increasing. Therefore, as the number of rotations of the loom increases, it is naturally necessary to increase the weft unwinding speed. For example, the loom rotation speed is 50
When the rpm is 0 rpm, the weft unwinding speed can be 650 m / min, but when the number of rotations of the loom is 800 to 1000 rpm, the weft unwinding speed must be 1000 m / min or more, and the weft unwinding property is accordingly increased. The effect on fabric quality and textile quality is very large. As a result, there arises a problem that wefts are frequently broken, the yarn is insufficiently drawn, and the machine stops frequently. Further, fluctuations in unwinding tension are likely to occur, which makes the crimped state of the bulky processed yarn unstable, which causes weft shrinkage and weft unevenness, resulting in a marked reduction in fabric quality.
In order to solve such problems, various factors such as increasing the winding hardness of the weft supply package, winding speed, traverse conditions, winding tension, and winding shape have been studied. It has not yet been fully resolved, and the current situation is to reduce the winding amount by 20 to 30%.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The inventors of the present invention have made extensive studies on the above problems, and as a result, have found the present invention. That is, the present invention is a weft supply package for a shuttleless loom, which comprises a thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament bulky processed yarn, wherein the winding hardness of the supply package is 55 to 70 degrees and the winding hardness of the central portion and the end surface portion. The weft supply package is characterized in that the difference is within 10 degrees. The inventors of the present invention can significantly reduce the weft stop even in high-speed weaving of a shuttleless loom and improve the fabric quality only by using the package according to the present invention. I found that I could do it.

Generally, the package winding hardness of bulky processed yarn is 7
Although it is about 5 to 90 degrees, generally lowering the winding hardness in order to improve the unwinding property is not considered as a measure because the shape collapse easily occurs, and therefore the winding hardness is further increased. It is known to raise. The inventors of the present invention repeated the study to increase the winding hardness and enhance the unwinding property, but the problem described above could not be solved.
However, conversely, the present invention could be completed unexpectedly by lowering the winding hardness and providing a hardness difference between the central portion and the end surface portion of the package.

The present invention will be described in more detail below. The thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament bulked yarn of the present invention is a yarn obtained by bulking polyester fiber, polyamide fiber or the like by false twisting or fluid jetting. The winding hardness of the yarn supplying package in the present invention is 55 to 70 degrees. That is, when the winding hardness is less than 55 degrees, the change in shape collapse during transportation becomes large, which leads to the cause of weft breakage, which is not preferable. Further, if the winding hardness is 70 degrees or more, there is no particular problem in the unwinding property, but the tendency of occurrence of weft unevenness becomes strong, which is not preferable.

Further, when the hardness difference between the end face portion and the central portion exceeds 10 degrees, it is possible to recognize a phenomenon that the unwinding yarn and the standby yarn at the end face portion are entangled at the time of unwinding, and weft breakage and weft shrinkage phenomenon Also tends to become stronger. Therefore,
In the present invention, the winding hardness of the bulky textured yarn supply package is 55 to
The degree of winding hardness is 70 degrees, and the winding hardness difference between the end surface portion and the central portion is 10 degrees or less. By doing so, the unwinding speed can be followed even at a weft unwinding speed capable of supporting high-speed weaving, for example, 1100 m / min. Further, it is more preferable that the winding hardness is 65 to 70 degrees and the winding hardness difference between the end face portion and the central portion is 5 degrees or less.

That is, the hardness of one end surface of cheese was measured at three different points on the package, and the other end surface was also measured at three points in the same manner, and the average value of them was determined as the partial hardness of the end surface. Further, similarly, the average value of the measured values at three different locations in the central portion was defined as the central portion hardness. For the evaluation of the weft stop, the number of stops per day when the machine was operated for 3 days under each condition was obtained, and evaluated according to the following criteria. ⊚ = 0.5 times / day or less (extremely excellent) ◯ = 1.

Example 1 100D-48F polyester yarn was bulk-processed with an FS-J384WN false twisting machine manufactured by Teijin Seiki Ltd. A traverse speed and a winding tension of the treated polyester yarn were adjusted to obtain a weft supply package in which the winding hardness in the central portion of the package and the difference in hardness between the central portion of the package and the end surface portion were changed. The obtained packages each had a winding width of 192 mm, a winding diameter of 280 mm, and a winding amount of 5.00 kg.
