In the upper frame 2 arranged above the frame 1,
The dispersion table 4 is attached together with the electromagnetic vibration device 3 at a position corresponding to the carry-in port of the article to be weighed (not shown). The articles to be weighed are dispersed by a dispersion table and supplied to a large number of pool hoppers 7 arranged radially through troughs 6 driven by a feeder 5. Motor 11
Is activated, the drive unit 10 operates to operate the link mechanism 10
The pool hopper is opened by a and the articles are put into the weighing hopper 9. The weight of the article is weighed by a weight detector 8 such as a load cell, and this weight is combined and calculated by a calculation control unit (not shown) to select a weighing machine that is an optimum combination for the target weight. After that, the driving device operates again, the link mechanisms 10b and 10c open the A-side gate 9a or the B-side gate 9b of the weighing hopper, and the articles are discharged from the A-side chute 12a or the B-side chute 12b of the discharging chute 12. The articles discharged from the chute are transferred to the packaging machine. In the example shown in the figure, two discharge chutes are used and two wrapping machines linked to the chutes are arranged. However, one discharge chute and one wrapping machine linked to the discharge chute are also used. Has been.

When investigating the cause, the weight is accurately detected by the weighing device such as the combination weighing (counting) device, the combination calculation is also performed accurately, and it is not caused by the combination calculation. Was found to be close to the weight of the articles being weighed by one weighing hopper. Therefore, the cause is that the weighing hopper of one of the weighing machines selected for the discharge combination remains closed without opening even though the weighing hopper open command signal is input. It turned out to be likely.

The solid line in the figure is the characteristic when the weighing hopper is opened and closed to discharge the articles and weigh the articles input from the pool hopper. When the weighing hopper open command signal is output, the output of the weight detector gradually decreases. It becomes zero, the weight in the negative direction is further detected, the weight of the article to be put in is detected by the output of the pool hopper open command signal, the weight in the positive direction is detected again, and the weight value of the article is stabilized. The weight in the negative direction is detected because a force acts in the direction to lift the weighing hopper when the weighing hopper is opened. Is similarly expressed in the characteristic of.

In the figure, a plurality of weighing machines are respectively provided with a pool hopper a 1 , a weighing hopper b 1 , and a weight detector c. The arithmetic control unit f is composed of a microcomputer or the like, sends a drive signal to the pool hopper opening / closing unit a 2 , and puts the articles to be weighed into the weighing hopper. When a timing signal is input from the packaging machine k, a switching signal is sent from the arithmetic control unit to the multiplexer d, and the weights W 1 to W n are sequentially converted into digital values by the A / D converter e and the arithmetic control unit is operated. Is stored in the area of the weight memory of the memory g. Calculation control unit is weight W
The 1 to W-n performs combination calculation in a predetermined pattern,
The optimum combination equal to or close to the target weight is selected as the discharge combination from the combinations which are equal to or higher than the target weight set by the target weight setting unit i and are equal to or lower than the upper limit weight set by the upper limit weight setting unit h. . The weighing hopper closing section b 2 of the selected weighing machine to discharge combination drive signal of opening command from the calculation control unit is outputted. At the same time, the pool hopper timer and the check timer start counting by decrementing the timer time stored in the memory at regular intervals, and after the set time Tc (check timer) has elapsed, the weight of each weighing hopper is detected again, and an abnormality is detected. A certain weighing hopper is displayed on the display section j, and the driving of the apparatus is stopped. The weight and the like are also displayed on the display unit.

That is, the combination counting device inputs the weight of articles weighed by the weighing hopper of each weighing machine to the arithmetic control unit, and the arithmetic control unit divides the weight by the weight per unit number (single weight) to convert into the number. Then, a combination operation is performed to obtain the number of combinations. The discharge combination that is the optimum combination for the target number is obtained from the combined number, and the articles are discharged from the weighing hopper of the corresponding weighing machine. Therefore, since the processing can be performed in substantially the same manner as in the case of the combination weighing device, the description of the block diagram and the flowchart is omitted, but the malfunction of the weighing hopper can be checked in the same manner as the combination weighing device. Furthermore, malfunctions of the weighing hopper can be checked even in an automatic weighing device that supplies articles to the weighing hopper until the target weight is reached.

できるという利点がある。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, in a weighing device such as a combination weighing device or a combination counting device, an operation command signal is output to the weighing hopper after the weight of the article is weighed by the weighing hopper. When a certain period of time has passed, the weight of the weighing hopper is detected again to reliably detect the malfunction of the weighing hopper and transfer the weighed articles to the packaging machine without excess or deficiency, thereby reducing the credibility and reliability. There is an advantage that it can be prevented.

誤動作チェック装置。1. A weighing device for detecting the weight of an article put into a weighing hopper, and opening the gate of the weighing hopper according to the operation command signal to discharge the article. After the weight is detected by the weighing hopper, the operation command signal is output. Means for re-detecting the weight of the weighing hopper after a lapse of a certain period of time from the output, and comparing the re-detected weight with a predetermined weight at which the weighing hopper can be considered to have discharged the article, to detect the discharge abnormality of the weighing hopper. A malfunction checking device for a weighing hopper in a weighing device, comprising a determining means.
