２から細い突片１４を突出してなり自毛の掬いをさらに

囲まれた軟質板４の内面４′及び反転周囲枠板１の長手
方向の両側を埋込みにより被覆する前記内面４′と弾性
片３により挟むことができて、従来のように１個、１個
の溶接取付けに工数を要する櫛歯形の多数の突片（図
