Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a framework shelf of which construction is simple so as to facilitate assembling from the outside, supporting load is large, and exchange is easy, by constituting the shelf so that the intermediate members can be freely arranged between the standingly provided pillars of a frame body. CONSTITUTION:Front and rear standingly provided pillars 11 are connected and fixed together through horizontal members 12 and diagonal members 13 between, right and left pillars 11 are connected and fixed together through brace fitting plates 14, an upper horizontal beam, a middle horizontal beam 16, and a lower horizontal beam 17, and hence a framework shelf 1 is assembled. The supported part 35 of an inside supporting pillar 31 is fitted to a supporting member 20 from the outside, the guided part 36 is fitted to a guiding member 21 and pushed to the inside, and an intermediate member 30 is arranged in a frame body 10. An outside supporting pillar 31 is also similarly fitted, then a connecting tool 39 is worked extending from the guided part 36 to the guiding member 21 so as to position the intermediate member 30. Hereby, assembling-in of the intermediate member against the frame body 10 can be easily performed by sliding, and a load can be supported with the frame body 10 side through the supporting pillars 31.

In the above-mentioned conventional structure, since a plurality of brackets and steady rest brackets are required for each frame, it is troublesome to handle and fix them by welding. Assembling is not easy and quick because the worker enters the inside and inserts and fits and tightens bolts. Furthermore, all of the supporting load is applied to the suspension connection part such as bolts,
This connecting part may be damaged and cannot be replaced easily.
