Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a heating cooker adapted to cook a food in a pan through a plurality of heating steps having different heating amounts by a heating device. . 2. Description of the Related Art There is a heating cooker of this type, for example, a rice cooker, in which a plurality of heating steps are sequentially executed in accordance with a control program stored in a microcomputer. In this case, for example, when porridge, brown rice, steamed rice, cooked rice, etc. are cooked, a rice cooking course (control program) suitable for that is selected and the rice is cooked. However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, since the heating power (heating pattern by the heating device) of the heating process is uniformly determined according to the control program stored in the microcomputer, it is used. There was an inconvenience that I could not change the cooking method of rice porridge depending on the taste of the person. Moreover, the micro computer
Only the menus memorized in the table can be cooked, so there are few types of dishes that can be cooked, and it has not been possible to adequately cope with the recent diversification of eating habits. The present invention is intended to solve such a problem. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to change the cooking method of the same food or increase the kinds of food that can be cooked according to the taste of the user. An object of the present invention is to provide a heating cooker that is capable of responding to the recent diversification of eating habits. In order to achieve the above object, the heating cooker of the present invention comprises a pan heated by a heating device, and the food in the pan is heated by the heating device. Cooking is performed through a plurality of heating steps having different heating amounts, and the input conditions such as the energization rate to the heating device in a predetermined heating step among the plurality of heating steps can be adjusted. Is. According to the above construction, the heating pattern by the heating device can be adjusted by adjusting the input conditions such as the energization rate to the heating device in the predetermined heating process according to the type of cooking and the preference of the user. . A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer case of the heating cooker, an inner case 2 is attached to the inner case, and a pan 3 is accommodated in the inner case 2. 4 is a lid for opening and closing the upper part of the pan 3, 5 is a heater as a heating device arranged to heat the pan 3 on the inner bottom of the inner case 2, 6 is boiling detection means and completion of cooked rice detection A temperature sensitive element such as a thermistor which also serves as a means, and a holder 7 for supporting the temperature sensitive element 6 is in contact with the outer bottom portion of the pan 3. Reference numeral 8 denotes a cooking case which is appropriately placed on the inner bottom portion of the pan 3 for use when cooking other than rice cooking, and is provided between the inner bottom portion of the inner case 2 and a leg portion 9 formed on the bottom portion thereof. A space for storing the water A is formed, and water and steam can freely flow in and out through a large number of small holes 10 formed in the entire cooking case 8. On the other hand, an operation panel 11 shown in FIG. 3 is provided on the front surface of the outer case 1. The structure of the operation panel 11 will be described below. 12 is a rice cooking start switch for starting normal rice cooking, 13 is a timer set switch for setting the rice cooking start time, 14 is a cancel switch, and 15 is a light emitting element for indicating that the timer is operating, 16 to 19 are light emitting elements for displaying the steps of "hot water", "cooking rice", "cook twice", and "keep warm" at the time of executing rice cooking, and 20 is a 4
When using a timer to cook rice, the digit display is a two-digit display on the left for the hour and minute before the start of rice cooking.
a and the two-digit display device 20b on the right side are displayed. FIG. 4 (c) shows a display mode when the timer is set to 12 hours. This time display value decreases with the passage of time, and when the time reaches "0000" as shown in FIG. 4 (d), rice cooking is started. Also, when cooking rice is started immediately or immediately, "000
"0" is displayed. In this embodiment, the heating stroke (hereinafter referred to as "high heat stroke") for heating the heater 5 at 100% input, and then the input of the heater 5 is 70% as described later. , 50%, or 30%, the heating process for heating to the end with the heating amount reduced (hereinafter referred to as the "low heat process") can be adjusted. And the first and second time setting switches 2 for setting the time of the low heat stroke, respectively.
1, 22 are provided on the operation panel 11. The time of the high heat stroke and the time of the low heat stroke can be set in the range of 0 to 99 minutes by each of these time setting switches 21 and 22, and the set time is displayed on the left two digit display device 20a and the right two digit display device 20b. They are displayed respectively. The display example shown in FIG. 4A shows a case where the high heat stroke is 10 minutes and there is no low heat stroke, and FIG. 4B shows a case where the high heat stroke is 5 minutes and the low heat stroke is 10 minutes. On the other hand, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 23 is a cooking start switch for starting heating cooking other than normal rice cooking, and by pressing this switch, the above-mentioned high heat stroke and low heat stroke are sequentially executed. Further, in the present embodiment, when heating cooking other than normal rice cooking is performed, that is, when the cooking start switch 23 is pressed to perform heating cooking, the temperature sensing element 6 detects boiling in the pot 3. A buzzer 24 (see FIG. 1) is provided at a predetermined portion in the outer case 1 as a notification means for notifying the user of the time and when the cooking is completed. Further, in this embodiment, the input conditions such as the duty factor to the heater 5 in the low heat stroke are, for example, 70% and 50%.
%, 30% can be adjusted in three stages. Along with this, as shown in FIG.
Three heater input changeover switches 25 to 27 of "strong", "medium", and "weak" are provided. 7 to 9 show how the heater 5 is energized (hatched portion) and how the temperature in the pot 3 changes when the input of the heater 5 is 70%, 50% and 30%, respectively. As shown in these figures, by appropriately changing the input of the heater 5, the cooking temperature (heating power) in the low heat stroke can be adjusted, and the cooking method can be adjusted finely. You can do it. Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
To start normal rice cooking immediately, if the rice cooking start switch 12 is pressed, the heater 5 is immediately energized to perform rice cooking. Further, in the case of performing the timer rice cooking, if the time from the current time to the rice cooking start is set by the timer set switch 13, the rice cooking is started after the set time has elapsed. On the other hand, when cooking other than normal rice cooking, for example, cooking chawanmushi or noodles, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cooking case 8 is housed in the pan 3 and placed in the pan 3. A predetermined amount of water A is added, and the times of the high heat stroke and the low heat stroke are set to the first and second time setting switches 2 according to the cooking.
1 and 22 and operate any of the three heater input changeover switches 25 to 27 to set the cooking temperature (heating power) in the low heat stroke to "strong", "medium", or "weak". Set to either. Here, for example, the high heat stroke is 5
Assuming that the minute and the low heat stroke are set to 10 minutes, the set time is displayed as shown in FIG. 4 (b). After that, when the cooking start switch 23 is pressed, the heater 5 is energized with 100% input to heat the temperature of the water A in the pan 3. As a result, the water A in the pot 3 rises over time as shown in FIG. 5, and eventually boils. The boiling in the pot 3 is detected by the temperature sensitive element 6 and the buzzer 24 is activated. The user finds that the buzzer has boiled due to this buzzer sound, and then opens the lid 4, puts the tea bowl B of steamed rice and the noodles C, which are cooking items, in the cooking case 8, and presses the cooking start switch 23 again. Manipulate. As a result, the input of the heater 5 is continued, and then 10
The high heat stroke of heating at 0% is performed for a set time (5 minutes). At this time, the display value of the display device 20a decreases with the passage of time, and when the display value becomes "0", the high-fire stroke shifts to the low-fire stroke. If the heating power of this low heat stroke is set to "medium", for example,
The food in the pan 3 is heated in a state where the input of the heater 5 is reduced to 50% and the amount of heating is reduced by alternately repeating the power interruption to the heater 5 every one minute, for example. If the heating power of this low heat stroke is set to "strong", the input of the heater 5 is reduced to 70%, and if it is set to "weak", the input of the heater 5 is set. The food in the pan 3 is heated in a state in which is lowered to 30%. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the temperature inside the pan 3 fluctuates as the heater 5 is turned on and off (the energization period is indicated by diagonal lines). Even in such a low heat stroke, the display value of the indicator 20b decreases with the passage of time, and when the display value becomes "0", the low heat stroke ends, and the buzzer 24 sounds at this time. And informs the user that cooking has been completed. Depending on the type of cooking, it may be desired to finish with only the high heat stroke. In such a case, the time for the low heat stroke may be set to 0 minutes and the above operation may be performed.
At this time, for example, when the high heat stroke is set to 10 minutes as shown in FIG. 6, the buzzer 24 sounds at the end of the high heat stroke. According to the present embodiment described above, the user can adjust the input condition (heating power) of a predetermined heating process (light heating process) among a plurality of heating processes, so that it can be adjusted according to the user's preference. It is possible to change the way to cook the same food and increase the kinds of food that can be cooked, and it is possible to sufficiently cope with the recent diversification of eating habits. A buzzer 24 for informing of boiling in the pot 3
Is provided, it is possible to easily and surely know the boiling time when cooking the dish to be cooked in the pan 3 after boiling, which is convenient. On the other hand, FIG. 10 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this second embodiment, the input to the heater 5 in the low heat stroke can be adjusted continuously (steplessly). To this end, for example, the input to the heater 5 is adjusted by phase control, and the operation panel 11 is provided with a knob 28 for operating a rotary variable resistor for adjusting the phase control angle. In this case, the cooking temperature in the low heat stroke can be adjusted more finely. In the above embodiment, in consideration of a dish in which the cooking product is placed in the pan 3 after boiling, such as cooking of chawanmushi or noodles, the cooking start switch 23 is placed again after the cooking product is placed in the pan 3. The high heat stroke is started from the time when is pressed, so that the influence of the variation in the time required for boiling the water A and accommodating the cooked food can be avoided.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the temperature sensitive element 6 may be configured to automatically start the high heat stroke at the time when boiling is detected, and in this case as well, the influence of variations in the time required for boiling the water A is affected. There is an advantage that can be avoided. Further, the time from the start of energization to the heater 5 until the input is lowered is set as the time of the high heat stroke, and the high heat stroke is started from the start of energization to the heater 5. Is also good. Further, in the above embodiment, the series of heating strokes consisted of two strokes, a high heat stroke and a low heat stroke,
It is good also as a structure which heats and cooks through three or more heating processes. Further, in the above embodiment, the heater 5 is used in the low heat stroke.
Although the heating amount is reduced by switching the energization to the continuous energization to the intermittent energization, for example, the heating amount may be reduced by reducing the input current to the heater 5. Further, as the notification means for reporting the boiling in the pot 3, for example, a light emitting element may be provided on the operation panel 11 or the like instead of the buzzer 24. As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the user can adjust the input condition to the heating device in a predetermined heating step among a plurality of heating steps. , You can change the cooking method or increase the kinds of dishes that can be cooked according to the taste of the user.
It has an excellent effect that it can sufficiently cope with the recent diversification of eating habits.
