っていて、光軸調整を任意に行えるようになっている。
10はランプハウジング1の前側開口部を閉塞するラン
プレンズで、このランプレンズ10と前記凸レンズ5と
の間に、中央の開口部内に該凸レンズ5を挿入配置して
プロジェクタユニット2の前側部を隠蔽する樹脂製のフ
ィニッシャ11を配設してあり、外部からランプレンズ
10を通して内部構造が見えないようにしてある。12

基本的構造は前記従来と同様である。ここで、前記フィ
ニッシャ11の中央の開口部内周面には金属プレートか
らなる遮熱板14を配設してある。この遮熱板14とし
ては、ステンレス板,アルミニウム板,鉄板等の光輝金
属薄板が用いられ、何れも表面を粗面に形成して光を乱
反射させて反射光の悪影響が生じないようにしてある。
また、本実施例では光源バルブ4のソケット12のホル
ダ13外周に放熱フィン15を形成して、プロジェクタ
型ヘッドランプ特有の光源バルブ4周りの高熱化を回避
できるようにしてある。

うになるが、該集束光による熱は遮熱板14によって遮
ぎられるため、フィニッシャ11が局部的に熱影響を受
けることはない。しかも、この遮熱板14は光輝金属板
からなっていて表面を粗面に形成してあるため、前記集
束光を遮熱板14で乱反射させることができ、反射光の
悪影響が生じることもない。なお、前記実施例では遮熱
板14をフィニッシャ11の中央の開口部内周面の全面
に配設してあるが、最も影響を受け易い凸レンズ5下部
部位(例えば凸レンズ5の中心を通る鉛直線に対し左右
45度の範囲)に配設するだけでもよい。
