Conventionally, when installing an elevator, the general process of installing an elevator is to pass scaffolding materials such as steel pipes or wood that are assembled in a cross-shaped cross section throughout the entire process of the hoistway depending on the work position, and then install guide rails on top of these scaffolding boards. Alternatively, the installation of landing parts, the installation of equipment in the hoistway, and the piping and wiring, then assembling the elevator car and counterweight and hanging wire ropes, and then dismantling and removing the scaffolding that has been set up in the shape of a grid. A fixed scaffolding method was used.

This fixed scaffolding method can be said to be a simple and efficient construction method when installing low-rise elevators, but as the target building becomes higher-rise, it becomes necessary to assemble scaffolding materials throughout the entire process of the hoistway. Therefore, a large amount of scaffolding material is required, and a great deal of labor is required to assemble, dismantle, and remove it, and the labor required for moving workers up and down increases, which significantly impedes work efficiency. Ta. It also had many drawbacks, including the great danger of working on scaffolding set up in the shape of a cross.

Therefore, as an installation method for high-rise elevators in particular, after erecting and centering the required number of counterweight guide rails at the bottom of the hoistway, a temporary workbench is built into the counterweight guide rails, and a winch installed at the top of the hoistway. A winch in which wiring work is performed, the winch and temporary workbench are then removed, and a car and counterweight are installed, or a winch is installed above the hoistway using a guide rope stretched above and below the hoistway as a guide. In some cases, the temporary workbench is moved, the elevator is installed, and then the winch, guide rope, and temporary workbench are removed, and the car and counterweight are installed. However, such a method requires a lot of labor to temporarily install and remove a heavy winch from above the hoistway, and is also highly dangerous. In addition, since the mobile workbench needs to be sized to match the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the hoistway, many different types must be prepared, and a large amount of expense is required for storage and manufacture.
Furthermore, after installing landing parts, installing equipment in the hoistway, and installing piping and wiring, it is necessary to remove the temporary work platform and guide ropes, which requires a lot of labor and costs a lot of time. There was a drawback that it took a long time.

As a solution to this drawback, JP-A-58-
In Publication No. 47783, the entire length of the guide rail is connected and lifted using a winch fixed to the lower part of the hoistway, the upper end is fixed to the top of the hoistway in a suspended state, and the lower end is fixed to the bottom of the hoistway. The car frame for permanent installation is assembled into the guide rail temporarily erected in this way, and the wire rope of the winch used above is connected to the car frame for permanent installation via a pulley device installed above the hoistway to drive the winch. It has been proposed to move the car frame for the main installation, center the guide rail, install landing parts, install equipment in the hoistway, and perform piping and wiring.

However, since the winch used to move the car frame for permanent installation is used to lift the guide rail for the entire journey, a large-capacity winch is required, and a lot of work is required to temporarily install and remove the winch from the hoistway. It requires effort. Furthermore, in order to fix the guide rail for the entire stroke to the machine room floor at the top of the hoistway, it was necessary to increase the strength of the machine room floor.

That is, the wire rope 6 is wound around a pulley 3b and connected to the car frame 1 for permanent installation, and the car frame 1 for permanent installation is attached to the car guide rail 4a fixed and erected at the bottom of the hoistway 10. You will be guided. When a worker gets on the work floor 8 and operates the operation button 7, the winch 2 is activated and the work floor 8 is raised and lowered. After doing this, a hanging rope 12 of another winch (not shown) is suspended from the top 10a, and the necessary number of guide rails 4b for the next upper car are suspended from the hanging rope 12 via the hanging beam 5, and the lower part Car guide rail 4 installed upright
a, and after fixing it to the hoistway 10, the work floor 8 is raised. In this way, the car guide rail 4 is erected from below over the entire distance. Thereafter, although not shown in the drawings, the counterweight guide rails, landing parts, equipment in the hoistway, and piping and wiring are installed. Then, the car frame 1 for permanent installation is fixed to the upper part of the hoistway 10, and
At the lower part, a counterweight is installed, and a permanent wire rope is hung on the pulley 3b to connect the main car 9 and the counterweight. In this way, since the guide rail, car, and hoist for permanent installation can be used as installation equipment, the preparation, temporary installation, and removal of temporary equipment exclusively for installation can be omitted, and the elevator can be easily installed. In addition, the trouble of installing and removing the heavy winch 2 at the top and the top 10a of the hoistway 10 can be saved, and the necessary number of guide rails can be installed upright, so even if the hoistway travel is long, a large capacity can be achieved. It is possible to eliminate the trouble of installing and removing the winch, and also to eliminate the need to fix the top of the guide rail, thereby improving the efficiency of the installation work.

Note that the length of one guide rail is usually 5 m, and the weight of one guide rail is usually 120 kg, but in the conventional technology, the guide rail is integrated and hoisted, so a long distance of, for example, 195 m is required. In the case of an elevator, a corresponding winch is required. In other words, in this case, the weight of the entire guide rail is (195 ÷ 5) x 120 = 4680 [Kg], and since it is a 2:1 roping, the weight of the winch is actually 4680 ÷ 2 = 1340 [Kg]. ] You'll need something to lift it, and you'll end up having to install an extremely large winch.

On the other hand, in the above-described embodiment, the electric winch 2 is connected to the main car frame 1 of 900 kg, for example.
Since it is only necessary to lift the work floor 8 which weighs 300 kg, a small-capacity winch that can lift (900 + 300) ÷ 2 = 600 [Kg] is sufficient.

In addition, the winch for the machine room (not shown) used in the above embodiment only needs to lift a plurality of about 4 to 6 guide rails, for example, 4 guide rails, so a winch with a small capacity of about 5 horsepower is sufficient. .

As explained above, according to the present invention, the work floor consisting of the car frame for permanent installation is movably engaged with the guide rail installed at the bottom of the hoistway, and the wire rope of the winch fixed to the bottom of the hoistway is movably engaged. By raising and lowering the work floor via a pulley device installed at the top of the hoistway, preparation, temporary installation, and removal of installation equipment can be omitted, and,
The winch can be easily installed and removed temporarily,
This allows for efficient work and cost savings.
