Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a releasable sheet capable of separating and taking only paper off from the releasable sheet, thus capable of regenerating paper, useful for label for indicating quality of commercial product by applying a mixed agent consisting of a talc, ceramics and a water-soluble binder to the surface of a core material. CONSTITUTION:The objective releasable sheet 10 is obtained by applying a mixed agent 22 consisting of a talc, ceramics obtained by mixing alumina which is a main component with zirconia, silica, titanium and silicon carbide, and a water-soluble binder to the surface 18 of sheet-like paper 16. Furthermore, the mixed agent 22 preferably consists of 20-30wt.% total amount of talc and ceramic and 70-80wt.% water soluble binder.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a product quality label, a price label, a trademark label, or the like, which is coated on one side with a silicone adhesive, prevents the adhesive from inadvertently sticking until it is attached to the product etc. It is attached to the release sheet for
This release sheet is coated with a silicone resin solution on a sheet of paper so that the product quality label, price label, trademark label, etc. can be easily removed when peeling off the product quality label, price label, trademark label, etc. Is forming. For this reason,
Even if you try to recycle the waste release sheet, the silicon resin liquid has penetrated into the paper, so it is not possible to separate the paper and the silicon resin liquid, and as a result, you can discard the waste release sheet as it is. Alternatively, it is disposed of by incineration or the like, but it requires treatment of waste gas, which requires treatment costs.

When the paper is regenerated after using the release sheet of the present invention, the release sheet is finely cut, thrown in water and treated with a surfactant or the like so that the water-soluble binder of the mixture dissolves in water. This separates the paper as the core material and the mixture. As a result, only the paper can be separated and taken out from the release sheet, and the taken-out paper can be recycled.

First Embodiment FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a release sheet (10) according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, on the surface (12) of the release sheet (10), the adhesive applied to one surface of the product quality label (14) adheres to the surface (12) of the release sheet (10). The product quality label (14) is attached to the release sheet (10). As shown in FIG. 2, the release sheet (10) has a sheet-like paper (16) as a core material.
Are arranged. One surface of this paper (16) (1
The mixture (22) is applied to 8) by printing. The admixture (22) is formed by mixing talc powder, ceramic powder and a water-soluble binder. As the component ratio of the admixture (22), the total ratio of talc powder (talc powder) and ceramic powder is 20% to 30.
%, And the proportion of the water-soluble binder is preferably 70% to 80%. If the proportion of the talc powder is increased, the adhesion of the product quality label (14) to the release sheet (10) becomes weaker, while if the proportion of the talc powder is decreased, the product quality label (14) becomes The adhesive strength to the release sheet (10) becomes strong. In this embodiment, the ceramic powder is mainly composed of alumina, and zirconia, silica, titanium, silicon carbide, etc. are mixed to produce a ceramic powder,
Further, after firing, it is applied to be pulverized into fine powder. As the water-soluble binder, an emulsion type (trade name: NF10) containing an acrylic acid ester polymer as a main component is used. In addition, paper (1
A printing machine for applying the mixture (22) to 6) is, for example, a gravure coater. When the paper (16) is separated from the waste release sheet (10) and the paper (16) is recycled, first, the release sheet (10) is soaked in water containing a surfactant or the like. Then, the water-soluble binder forming the mixture (22) of the release sheet (10) is dissolved in water. As a result, the mixture (22) is separated from the paper (16), so that only the paper (16) can be taken out. This allows the paper (16) to be recycled. Therefore, when the useless release sheet (10) is disposed of, it is not discarded or incinerated as it is, which helps to solve the problem of dust and pollution.

The same components as those in the embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. A paper (16) as a core material is arranged in the center of the release sheet (30). This paper (1
The mixture (32) is applied to one surface (18) and the other surface (20) of 6) by printing. The admixture (32) is formed by mixing talc and a water-soluble binder. The rest of the configuration is the same as in the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted. Further, the admixture (32) in this Example is the admixture (22) of the first embodiment.
Unlike the release sheet (1) which does not contain ceramic powder and is composed only of talc and a water-soluble binder, the release sheet (30) has a low production cost.
It can be lower than the production cost of 0).

In the examples, the emulsion type was used as the water-soluble binder, but it is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that other types of binders may be used as long as they are water-soluble binders. In the embodiment, the mixture (2) is formed on one surface (18) of the paper (16).
2) and (32) were applied by printing, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the mixture (2
Of course, 2) and (32) may be applied by printing. In the examples, one surface (18) or the other surface (20) of the paper (16) was applied using a printing machine, but it is needless to say that it may be applied by other methods.

According to the present invention, when the release sheet is soaked in water, the water-soluble binder, which is a constituent material of the admixture, melts to separate the paper and the admixture, and therefore the paper can be taken out separately. It has the excellent effect of being able to recycle a torn paper.
