プレコーダ(VTR)用の回転磁気ヘツド装置の
構造に関する。

イスクに、複数個の磁気ヘツドを取付けた構造を
有しているか、又は、固定状態の下部シリンダに
対して、上部シリンダは回転しえるようになつて
おり、この上部回転シリンダに複数個の磁気ヘツ
ドが取付けられた構造を有している。

要があり、時間的変動が大きい場合には、画面揺
れ、色むら等が発生し、VTRの基本性能に係わ
る重大な問題が発生する。

は、モータのロータに一端が固定されたシヤフト
の他端に回転デイスク又は上部回転シリンダを結
合しており、これらシヤフトのばね特性及びこれ
らの慣性質量に起因する固有の捩れ振動が生じ
る。この捩り固有振動数がビデオ信号のスキヤニ
ング周波数と一致した場合には、前述したサーボ
技術では制御することのできない回転磁気ヘツド
共振が発生し、画面が激しくゆさぶられるという
不都合が生じる。

ド装置の前記固有振動数にはばらつきが生じ、前
記スキヤニング周波数と一致するものが出て来て
しまう。このため、従来は、組立後各装置を1個
1個検査して、共振を起こすものを抜き出し、こ
れらに特別な手段を講じて共振を起こさせないよ
うにしていた。このため、上記検査に多くの作業
工数を要するという欠点があつた。

波数が一致しても画面上に影響を及ぼさない程度
に共振を抑えた回転磁気ヘツド装置を提供するこ
とにある。

グ周波数が例え一致しても、これによる共振を軽
減させる構成とすることにより、上記目的を達成
するものである。

以下本発明の回転磁気ヘツド装置の一実施例を
図面に従つて説明する。第1図は本発明の回転磁
気ヘツド装置の一実施例を示す分解斜視図であ
る。固定された円筒状の下部シリンダ1と、この
下部シリンダ1に所定の間隙を介して回転可能に
円筒状の上部シリンダ2が配設されている。この
上部シリンダ2の外周部に磁気ヘツド3が取付ら
れ、又その中心部はシヤフト4に結合されてい
る。このシヤフト4は上、下部シリンダ2,1の
内部を通り、且つ、ラジアルモータのステータ5
内を貫通してラジアルモータのロータ6の中心部
にボス7を介して結合されている。ラジアルモー
タのロータ6はラジアルモータのステータ5の外
周部に所定の間隙を介して回転可能に配設され、
ラジアルモータのステータ5に発生する回転磁界
によつてその周囲を回転する。ラジアルモータの
ロータ6の駆動力はシヤフト4を介して上部シリ
ンダ2を回転させ、磁気ヘツド3を上、下部シリ
ンダ2、1の周面上に沿つて走行する磁気テープ
にヘリカル状にスキヤンさせる。

ゴム8を介して一体に結合されている。なお、外
周部Bの内側にはステータ5に対する駆動力を発
生させるマグネツト9が取付けられている。

例においても設計上は回転磁気ヘツド装置の捩り
固有振動数と回転磁気ヘツドのスキヤニング周波
数が一致しないようにしておくことは勿論であ
る。

て一体に結合したものから成つている。なお、外
周部Bにはリング状のマグネツト12が取付られ
ている。このロータ10の中心に図示されないシ
ヤフトが結合され、このシヤフトの他端に第1図
で示したような回転磁気ヘツドが結合されてい
る。本実施例も、回転磁気ヘツド装置の捩り固有
振動数と回転磁気ヘツドのスキヤニング周波数が
一致しても、防振ゴム11によりその共振を抑え
ることができ、前実施例と同様の効果がある。

さない程度に前記共振を抑える効果がある。

されて成ることを特徴とする回転磁気ヘツド装
