〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明は、病院や医院において患者に対し疾患
器官について分かりやすく説明するのに便利な症
例フアイルに関する。 〈従来の技術〉 一般に、人体の各器官について、その構造、機

ラーがその医学書の該当部分を引き出して患者に
示しながら懇切丁寧に説明するにしても多種にわ
たる症状例の中から該当する症状部分を引き出す
のは極めて面倒である。 そこで本発明は疾患器官の多種にわたる症状例
を細かく分類してこれに索引番号をつけた索引欄
と、前記索引番号に該当する症状を示す写真陰画
又は陽画とを１冊にフアイルすることによつて、
カウンセラーが容易に該当症状写真を取り出すこ
とができるようにし、これにより患者に対してこ
の症状写真を示しながら分かり易く説明するのに
役立てることを目的とするものである。 〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 上記の目的を達成するために本発明は、人体の
特定の器官について、その器官の構造とその疾患
症例を分類した大分類の項目２と、この大分類の
項目２から器官の詳細部分や詳細症状を分類して
これら分類項に索引番号４を付した小分類の項目

類された小分類の項目に該当するネガフイルム、
即ち前記索引番号１〜５に該当するネガフイルム
が収納されている 以上の構造により、患者に対して例えば正常外
眼部分について説明するときは、索引欄１から小
分類中の「正常外眼部」の索引番号「１」を引き
出し、そしてこの索引番号「１」に該当するネガ
フイルム４を保持するフイルムホルダー５をフア
イル用紙６から取り出す。この場合、前記索引番
号「１」が属する大分類の項目即ち「目の構造」
を先ず選んで、これを表示したフイルムホルダー
５を取り出すようにしても良い。このようにして
取り出したネガフイルムを投影器にかけて患者に
説明するものである。 尚、前記ネガフイルム８は陽画写真に代えるこ
ともできる。この場合、多少フアインダーが厚く
なるが前記写真を大判にして１枚ずつフアイル用
紙６に綴じることにより、これを直接患者に見せ
て説明することができる。 また前記袋状のフアイル用紙６の背面を不透明
な白色または乳白色にしておけば前記ネガフイル
ム４が見易くて便利である。 更にまた、前記実施例では人体の器官の一例と
して眼に応用した具体例を示したが、これに限ら
ず、肺や心臓その他の各器官について応用できる
ことは勿論である。 〈発明の効果〉 本発明は上記の如く構成したものであるから、
フアインダーに綴じた索引欄１の大分類の項目２
並びに小分類の項目３から必要とする器官の詳細
部や症状の索引番号を選び、そしてこの番号に該
当する写真を選択することによつて容易に所望の
写真を取り出すことができ、これを患者に説明す
ることにより病気に対する自覚と以後の治療にお
おいに役立てることができる効果がある。 殊に、患者の検診後に逐一患者の症状を写真に
撮影することなく、また患者の写真の仕上りを待
つことなく、患者の症状に合つた写真を多数の症
状写真の中から直ちに選び出し、検診直後に患者
に対して症状を写真で説明することができるとい
う、従来には困難であつた患者への症状説明を検
診直後に写真を使用して直ちに説明できるという
