<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a case file useful for explaining diseased organs to patients in hospitals and clinics in an easy-to-understand manner. <Prior Art> In general, there are a wide variety of medical books that provide detailed explanations of the structure and function of each organ of the human body, as well as the state of diseases. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, such medical books are extremely specialized and difficult for general patients to understand. Furthermore, even if the counselor were to pull out the relevant part of the medical book and show it to the patient while explaining the problem thoroughly, it would be extremely troublesome to draw out the relevant part of the medical book from a wide variety of symptom examples. Therefore, the present invention provides an index column in which a wide variety of symptom examples of diseased organs are finely classified and assigned index numbers, and negative or positive photographs showing the symptoms corresponding to the index numbers are filed in one book. Then,
The purpose of this invention is to enable the counselor to easily take out a photograph of the corresponding symptom, thereby helping the counselor explain the symptom in an easy-to-understand manner while showing the photograph of the symptom to the patient. <Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides item 2 of a major classification that classifies the structure of a specific organ of the human body and its disease cases, and this major classification. An index field 1 is formed by classifying detailed parts of organs and detailed symptoms from item 2 of , and subcategory item 3 with index number 4 attached to these classification items.
This book is created by attaching index numbers to photographic negatives or positives showing the organs and symptoms attached to them and filing them together with index column 1 in one volume. <Operation> The present invention uses the above-mentioned means to select the index number of the corresponding organ structure or symptom example from the major category item 2 or direct minor category item 3 in the index column, and to mark this number. The photograph is then taken out and used for explanation to the patient. <Examples> Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates an index column, and on the left side there are major classification items 2 that roughly divide the structure and symptom examples of specific organs of the human body, and on the right side, there are detailed information on organs from these major categories. There is a sub-category item 3 in which detailed symptom examples are further classified, and an index number 4 is marked at the beginning of each sub-category item. In the embodiment, a specific example is shown in which the eye is used as the specific organ, and the major classification item 2 and the minor classification item 3 are classified as follows.

[Table] In addition, an appropriate number of photographic negatives, negative film 8, showing the organ structures and specific symptoms corresponding to each item in the subcategory marked with the index number,
For example, five sheets are held in film holders 5 each with the above-mentioned index numbers, and these film holders are held in plural, for example three, bag-shaped transparent or translucent film sheets 6 in a state that can be checked from the outside. It is stored and can be taken out and put in freely. These file sheets 6 and the index column 1 are filed in one finder 7.
Incidentally, instead of using the finder 7, files may be filed in a scrapbook, or books may be bound directly. Further, on the drawer end portion 5a of the file holder 5, the item of the major classification, for example, "Structure of the eye" is displayed,
Then, the negative film that falls under the subcategory items further classified from the displayed major category item,
In other words, the negative films corresponding to index numbers 1 to 5 are stored. With the above structure, when explaining, for example, normal extraocular parts to a patient, from index column 1 to "normal extraocular parts" in the subcategory, '', and the film holder 5 holding the negative film 4 corresponding to this index number "1" is taken out from the file paper 6. In this case, the item of the major category to which the index number "1" belongs, that is, "eye structure"
It is also possible to first select , and then take out the film holder 5 displaying this. The negative film thus removed is placed on a projector and explained to the patient. Incidentally, the negative film 8 may be replaced with a positive photograph. In this case, although the viewfinder becomes somewhat thicker, by making the photographs large and binding them one by one onto the file paper 6, it is possible to directly show the photographs to the patient and explain the results. Further, if the back side of the bag-shaped file paper 6 is made opaque white or milky white, the negative film 4 can be easily seen, which is convenient. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a specific example was shown in which the present invention was applied to the eye as an example of a human body organ, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to the lungs, heart, and other organs. <Effects of the Invention> Since the present invention is constructed as described above,
Item 2 of major classification in index column 1 bound in finder
In addition, by selecting the index number of the necessary organ details and symptoms from subcategory item 3, and selecting the photo that corresponds to this number, the desired photo can be easily retrieved, and the desired photo can be easily retrieved. By explaining this to the patient, it is effective in increasing awareness of the disease and greatly contributing to subsequent treatment. In particular, without taking pictures of each patient's symptoms after a patient's medical examination, and without waiting for the patient's photographs to be completed, we can immediately select the photograph that matches the patient's symptoms from a large number of symptom photographs, and immediately after the medical examination. This method has the remarkable effect of being able to explain symptoms to patients using photographs immediately after a medical examination, which has been difficult in the past.
