[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fan, and in particular to a fan using synthetic resin covered paper and bamboo bones. When the covering paper is attached to the bone by heat welding, thin paper is attached to the pre-prepared bone in order to prevent damage to the supporting rods of the bone during storage and handling of the bone. After pasting, a covering paper is heat-sealed from the top surface.

[Prior art and its problems] As a method for manufacturing fans, the
There is a method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 48164, in which, as shown in FIG. 4, a so-called laminate paper having a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer on the inner surface is used as a covering paper 2 to be attached to a synthetic resin bone 1. The covering paper 2, 2 is set larger than the finished shape, and the length of the support rods 11, 11 of the bone 1 is set longer than the finished size, and the tips of these support rods 11, 11 are connected to the connecting piece 12. By connecting the supporting rods 11, 11 with the covering papers 2, 2 along both sides thereof and applying heat and pressure using a device such as that disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-45361, as shown in FIG. After the covering papers 2, 2 are thermally welded to both sides of the support rods 11, 11, they are cut into a finished shape as shown in the same figure, and finally they are wrapped around the edges as shown in FIG. This conventional method has the advantage of not requiring a drying process, which is required when using the conventional method of gluing the covering papers 2, 2, and also eliminating the need for a process of roughening the surface of the bone 1. In addition, the supports 11 and 11 of the bone 1 are
Since they are connected by the connecting piece 12, the spacing between the support rods 11, 11 does not change during handling during the production process, and the pitch of the support rods 11, 11 in the finished state is constant. Become.

However, when bamboo bones are used, the above method cannot be carried out as is. This is because, in the case of bamboo bones, the tips of the support rods 11, 11 cannot be connected to each other as in the conventional case. In addition, in the case of bamboo bones, in order to keep the distance between the support rods 11, 11 constant as shown in FIG.
A frame piece 14 inserted near the branch part of the support rod at one end
They are connected by a thread 15 stretched between both ends of the support rods, but if the covering paper 2, 2 is attached to this as it is and heat welded by heating and pressing using the above method, the pitch between the support rods will be maintained. It may become uniform, or the support rod may be damaged during this heat welding process.

This is because each support rod 11 of the bone 1 is connected only at its proximal end, and the distal end side is in a free state, and the wall thickness of this support rod is extremely thin.

[Technical Problem] The present invention is based on the following method: ``The covered papers 2, 2 are arranged along a predetermined area of the supporting rods 11, 11 groups of the bamboo ribs 1, and they are heated and pressed from above and below to be welded.'' In the fan manufacturing method, even when bamboo bones are used, the pitch of the support rods 11, 11 does not become uneven during the welding process by heating and pressing the covering paper, and these support rods do not become uneven. The challenge is to make the rod less likely to be damaged.

[Technical Means] The technical means of the present invention taken to solve the above problem is that ``Prior to the welding of the covering papers 2, 2,
Thin paper 3 is pasted with glue to predetermined areas of the support rods 11 and 11 groups of the completed bone 1, and the support rods 11 and 11 are temporarily fixed at a predetermined interval.

Prior to thermal welding of the covering papers 2, 2 by heating and pressing, the thin paper 3 is glued within the covering paper pasting area in the support rods 11, 11 group of the bone 1, and at this time, the supporting rods 11,
11 is set at a predetermined interval by the thin paper. Also, since most of the area where the covering paper is attached is covered with thin paper,
After gluing the thin paper 3, until the covering papers 2, 2 are heated and pressed and the heat welding is completed, each support rod is not in a free state, and the support rods 11, 11 are temporarily fixed in a connected state. . Then, in this state, the covering papers 2, 2 are thermally welded by heating and pressing.

Prior to thermal welding of the covering papers 2, 2, the support rods 11,
In group 11, the spacing between the supporting rods is maintained at a predetermined distance by the thin paper 3, and these supporting rods are maintained in a connected state, so that when handling the bone 1 during heat welding, and Support rod 1 during thermal welding by heating and pressing
The spacing between 1 and 11 is less likely to shift, and the thin support rod of the bamboo bone 1 is less likely to be damaged. Therefore, the defective rate is reduced and productivity is improved.

Further, when the pasting of the covering paper is completed, there is a double layer of thin paper 3 and covering paper 2, but since the lower layer paper is thin paper, the whole fan does not become heavy.

In this embodiment, the bone 1 is in a state in which the distance between the supporting rods 11, 11 is widened to a predetermined value by the link 15 connecting both ends of the frame piece 14 passed through the end of the handle 13. An arcuate edge 31 at one end of the thin paper sheets 3, 3 is finished into an arcuate shape larger than the arrangement shape of the thread 15. Further, the shapes and sizes of the edges of the thin papers 3, 3 other than those described above are made to approximately match the size of the tensioning area of the support rods 11, 11 groups.

In the method of this embodiment, first, using the thread 15, the arc-shaped end 31
The above-mentioned thin papers 3, 3 are glued so that they have a constant distance from the thread 15. After that, the already mentioned special public service in 1978
Covered paper 2, using the method disclosed in Publication No. 48164,
Weld 2. That is, the above-mentioned covering papers 2, 2 are attached to the front side of the thin papers 3, 3, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer on the inner surface thereof is overlapped with the surface of the thin papers 3, 3, and in this state The combination of the bone 1 and the covering papers 2, 2 is placed on a lower mold 41 which is in a heated state as shown in FIG.

Since cushioning materials 40, 40 made of silicone rubber are disposed on the end surfaces of the lower mold 41 and the upper mold 42, the covering papers 2, 2 are moved against the thin paper 3 by the above-mentioned operation, as shown in FIG. , 3 and bone 1 strut group 11,
11 are pressed together. At this time, as shown in the same figure, due to the action of the cushioning materials 40, each covering paper follows the cross-sectional shape of the support rod installation area, and each covering paper 2, 2 is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin on its inner surface. The layers are welded together by the cushioning materials 40, 40 having heat transferred from the lower die 41 and the upper die 42, and the covering papers 2, 2 are heat welded to predetermined areas of the bone 1.

Thereafter, the tip end side of the thread 15 of the support rod group is punched out into a predetermined shape to complete the fan. Further, if necessary, the periphery of the covering papers 2, 2 from one end of the frame piece 14 to the other is wrapped with a band paper in the same manner as in the past.
