The above plastic case has a hollow double-walled structure by blow molding, and has high impact resistance due to the flexibility of the inner wall, but this alone is not sufficient when storing precision equipment such as a video camera. Therefore, a cushion material such as sponge is placed inside the recess d.

The present invention was developed in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and the cushion material, which is inexpensive to form by punching into the developed shape of the recess, can be attached to the recess without peeling off, and it also prevents the cushion material from shifting when it is attached. The aim is to provide a plastic case that is easy to remove and paste.
The structure consists of a plastic case in which a recess is provided between the facing surfaces of the main body and the lid for storing precision equipment, etc., and a cushion material is pasted on the inner surface of the recess. The cushion material is shaped into the expanded shape of the recess. In addition to being molded together, punch holes are provided in the creases along the creases, and the cushion material is bent along the shape of the recesses, laid, and bonded. At this time, the folded line is easily bent by the punched hole and has a small restoring force.

Figure 2 shows a part of the main body 1 of the plastic case, which has a hollow double wall structure made of thermoplastic such as polyethylene, and has a recess 2 formed in its inner wall. . 3 is a cushion material laid within this recess 2. The cushion material 3 is a plate-shaped material made of foamed plastic such as foamed polyethylene. The cushion material 3 is cut into a developed shape at the inner surface of the recess 2 where the cushion material is required. As shown in FIG. 1, a bottom portion 3a, a side wall portion 3b, and a side upper wall portion 3c are selectively provided depending on the shape of the equipment to be accommodated in the recess 2. A punch hole 4 is provided along the fold in a fold that is bent along the shape of the recess 2 when the cushion material 3 is laid into the recess 2. The width W of this punch hole 4 in the bending direction is (0.8~
1.5) t is appropriate; for example, when the thickness of the cushion material 3 is 5 mm, it is 4 to 8 mm. Also, punch hole 4
The appropriate width S between them is (0.5 to 1.2)t.

The cushion material 3 has an adhesive layer 5 such as an adhesive formed on the back surface, and a release paper 6 is provided on the surface thereof.
It is attached to the recess 2 by peeling off the release paper (Figure 2). At this time, the bottom portion 3a is attached to the bottom surface of the recess 2, the side wall portion 3b is attached to the side wall of the recess 2, and the side upper wall portion 3 is attached to the side wall of the recess 2.
c is pasted from the side wall to the upper surface of the recess 2, respectively. At this time, the side wall portion 3b and the side upper wall portion 3c are bent according to the shape of the recess 2, but since a punch hole 4 is provided at each fold, the bent portion of the cushion material 3 is inserted into the punch hole 4. The restoring force due to elastic force is extremely small. Furthermore, each fold when the cushion material 3 is laid in the recess 2 is easier to bend than other parts due to the punch holes 4.

According to the present invention, the restoring force at the crease of the cushion 3 can be made extremely small, and as a result, the cushion material 3, which is inexpensive to mold and is formed into the expanded shape of the recess 2, can be attached to the recess 2 without peeling. You can attach it. Also, the crease is a punch hole 4
Since it is easy to bend, there is no misalignment when pasting, making the work of pasting easy.
