【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、電子機器における扉開閉構造に係り
特に、機器を引出して保守点検または操作する電
子機器に好適な扉開閉構造に関する。

ー1部に設置される電子機器2、例えば現金処理
機等は、筐体が固定され電子機器2の左右にはオ
ペレータ3が配置される運用形態が多くとられて
いる。こうした設置状態ではオペレータ3、椅子
8が邪摩となる電子機器2の前方にしか保守エリ
アがとれない。このため、、内部ユニツト4を保
守するために、扉5,6を蝶番7を介して左右に
開きスライドレール等で内部ユニツト4を前方に
引出して保守しているが、内部ユニツトの前方と
奥を保守するためには、内部ユニツト4を筐体外
へ引出さなければ、内部ユニツトの奥側まで保守
する事が出来ない。このため次のような問題があ
つた。

の保守また操作が出来ないことから、引出した距
離の分だけ保守エリアが必要となる。しかしなが
ら、実際の設置場所では、その距離だけの保守エ
リアが確保出来ない。

本発明による扉開閉構造を持つ電子装置17
は、第2図に示すように、上パネル15と下パネ
ル16からなる筐体18を有しており、下パネル
16の前面には、開閉扉9及び10が開閉扉13
及び14に設けられた蝶番11により矢印A,B
方向に装置17の前面部を開放する形で開閉自在
に設けられており、下パネル10に対しては、鍵
12により施錠自在に設けられている。更に第3
図に示すように下パネル10に設けられているロ
ツク19と、開閉扉13及び14に設けられてい
るロツク20とが着脱自在に設けられており、開
閉扉13,14は、蝶番21により矢印C,D方
向に装置17の左右両側面部を開放する形で開閉
自在に設けられている。開閉扉9及び10は、蝶
番11により、第1図に示した矢印A,B方向
と、更に第3図で示す矢印E,F方向にも開閉自
在に設けられている。また内部ユニツト4には第
2図に示すように供給箱24が設置されており、
開閉扉9,10を開けるだけで装置19の前面の
通常の保守運用が可能である。一方内部ユニツト
4には、奥側にも第4図に示すように回収箱25
が設置されており、スライドレール23にて矢印
G,H方向に内部ユニツト4を引出し保守する
が、第4図に示すように開閉扉9,10,13,
14を開ける事で、装置19の側面からも通常の
保守運用が可能である。第6図は開閉扉の具体的
構成図を示しており、開閉扉9,10は鍵12の
回動により蝶番11により開閉自在にされ装置1
9の前面を開放し、前面よりの保守が可能にされ
る。さらに、ロツク20がバネ手段等で解除され
蝶番21により開閉扉13及び14が開閉自在と
なり、装置19の側面を解放し、内部ユニツト4
の奥側も保守が可能とされる。

開閉も可能とし、側面扉も前面扉と一緒に開閉し
た場合には機器の引出量を少なくすることが可能
となるので、設置エリアが少なくて済み、かつ保
守性にも優れるという効果がある。
