ていると針飛びが生じ、それによつてトラツキン
グ誤差信号が乱れる。このような誤差信号をピツ
クアツプの駆動制御信号に用いると針飛びと同様
にピツクアツプが誤動作することがある。そのた
め、前記リミツタ回路3によりピツクアツプが誤
動作しないように駆動制御信号に制限を加えてい
る。リミツツタ回路3を通過した信号は次段のゲ
ート回路4においてゲート信号7により一定時間
のみドライバ回路5に伝達する。ゲート回路4を
通過した信号はドライバ回路5においてモータ6
を駆動する駆動信号に変換される。本構成では、
トラツキング誤差信号の低周波成分を駆動信号と

のリミツタ10,11は各々ピツクアツプが外周
から内周方向へ移動する場合〔以下、F方向とす
る〕におけるリミツタとピツクアツプが内周から
外周方向へ移動する場合〔以下、R方向とする〕
におけるリミツタあでり、リミツタ10の前後方
向とその逆方向のリミツタ電圧は各々DC電圧発
生器8,9により設定されている。また、この電
圧はインバータアンプ13,14により0電位或
いは所望の電位に対して反転した電位に変換さ
れ、リミツタ11のリミツタ電位に利用されてい
る。所望の方向によりアナログスイツチ12でゲ
ート回路4へ送る信号を切換える。
