(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally used pots with no lids or bottoms made from paper or paper-like thin films are widely used, but depending on the type of soil, the pots may not be suitable. There was also the problem that the soil holding capacity was poor and the soil would come out of the pot during the seedling growing period or during transplanting. For this reason, there is a desire for a pot body that always provides good soil retention regardless of soil properties. In addition, the assembly of unit pot bodies with a bottom disclosed in the specification of Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-1126 and the pot body with a bottom disclosed in the specification of JP-A-50-121040 are Therefore, the soil can be held well in the pot regardless of the type of soil, so it satisfies the above requirements, but the bottom structure is complex, making it difficult to manufacture pots, especially those that are suitable for practical use. In addition, since the pot has a bottom on the entire lower part of the pot, when transplanting seedlings grown in a pot with such a bottom with the pot still attached, it is necessary to Since it significantly inhibits rooting from the side wall of the pot, the application is limited to removing the seedlings from the pot and transplanting them after raising the seedlings. In the case of packaging bags for transplants with a bottom, since the pot body is made only of non-woven fabric, it is not possible to completely prevent roots from passing through the side walls of the pot body during the seedling-raising period, and when used as a collective pot body. Root entanglement occurs between adjacent pots, making it difficult to separate each pot and seedling after seedling raising, and also damaging the seedlings. Furthermore, when these individual pot bodies made only of non-woven fabric are folded and attached to each other to form a cluster, the adhesive passes through the mesh of the non-woven fabric and causes unnecessary parts to stick together, causing the pot to become damaged. Makes it difficult to spread to the body. Therefore, conventionally, when a nonwoven fabric is used for a pot body, it is attached to paper such as kraft paper by an appropriate means. Additionally, if the mesh of the non-woven fabric is made dense to prevent roots from passing through the side wall of the pot body, the entanglement of roots during the seedling-raising period will be eliminated;
It inhibits root elongation from the side wall of the pot body after transplanting, making it difficult for seedlings to take root.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was developed as a result of intensive research into a pot with a bottom, which has a simple bottom structure and is easy to manufacture. A pair of opposing side walls are extended, and a partial bottom is formed at the bottom of the pot by the extended portion, thereby achieving a bottomed pot assembly that is easy to manufacture. This bottomed pot assembly is made of paper. Alternatively, the side edges of a paper-like thin film are pasted in narrow sections with water-resistant adhesive to form a hollow body with openings at the top and bottom, and the middle position of the opening edge on either the top or bottom of this hollow body is set at a predetermined position. The length is pasted with a water-resistant adhesive, and the end of the side edge and the opening edge where the water-resistant adhesive is pasted is the limit position, and the section where the water-resistant adhesive is not applied is cut out in a concave shape to form a T-shaped flattened body. 1/3 or 1/4 of the wing width of this compressed body are stacked in multiple stages, each of which is arranged vertically and overlappingly, and the overlapping parts are adhered with a water-soluble adhesive. By bonding the laminated layers with a water-soluble adhesive, it was possible to obtain a pot assembly with a bottom that was easy to manufacture and had a simple structure.

When using two thin films 1 and 2, two thin film pieces of the same width are polymerized, and both horizontal edges and the middle of one of the upper and lower vertical edges are coated with water-resistant adhesive 3a and 3b, and a T-shaped hollow compressed body 8 is formed by cutting out a concave shape with the ends of the water-resistant adhesive 3a and 3b attached at both edges and the intermediate portion as the limit positions. This hollow flat body 8 is
It has a structure in which both end edges 10 -1 , 10 -2 of the T-shaped wing part 9 and the lower end 12 of the leg part 11 are closed, and both sides 13 -1 , 13 -2 of the leg part are open. When this is unfolded, the wing part 9 forms a side wall of the pot body, and the leg portions 11 open in an inverted V shape by the expansion of the wing portions 9, forming a pair of side walls 5 of the pot body facing each other.
A band-shaped partial bottom 4 spanning between -1 and 5 -2 is formed. In addition, when using one thin film, waterproof adhesives 3a and 3b are used to bond the overlapping surface of one side of the selected thin film piece to the other side edge in the horizontal direction and the middle part of either the upper or lower edge in the vertical direction. The ends of the water-resistant adhesive 3a on the overlapping surfaces on one side and the other side are the limit positions in the vertical direction, and the length of the water-resistant adhesive 3b on the middle part of the edge is set at both ends. When the lower part of the hollow flattened body is cut out in a symmetrical concave shape as the limit position in the lateral direction, a T-shaped hollow flattened body 8 is formed. This hollow compressed body 8 has both side edges 10 -1 , 10 -2 of the T-shaped wing part 9 and the lower end 12 of the leg part 11 closed, and both sides 13 -1 , 13 of the leg part 11 .
-2 has an open structure, and when it is unfolded, the wing parts 9 form the side wall of the pot body, and the leg parts 11 open in an inverted V shape by the unfolding of the wings 9, and a pair of opposing pot bodies A band-shaped partial bottom 4 spanning between the side walls 5 -1 and 5 -2
form. Then, a plurality of T-shaped hollow compressed bodies 8 formed from one thin film 1 are arranged so that the T-shaped wing portion 9 is 1/3 or 1/4 of the wing span W 1 , respectively. A large number of unit bodies 14 formed by arranging the upper and lower parts overlapping each other and pasting the overlapping parts with water-soluble adhesive 7 are stacked in multiple stages, and (1/3) of both side edges of each unit body 14 are stacked.
Except for W 1 width division or (1/4)/W 1 width division, the laminated layers are pasted with water-soluble adhesive 7, and when this is developed, the pasted thin films attract each other to form a hexagonal prism-shaped cluster pot. P 1 or a rectangular prism-shaped cluster pot body P 3 is revealed,
Each of the pots constituting these group pots has a partial bottom 4 at its lower part. In addition, two thin films 1 and 2

A large number of unit bodies 14 are stacked in multiple stages, each formed by arranging the units 14 vertically and overlappingly and pasting the overlapping parts with water-soluble adhesive 7 so that each unit is 1/3 or 1/4 addressed. Apply water-resistant adhesive 3a to one side 10 -1 (or 10 -2 ) of the wing portion 9 on the (1/3) W 2 width or (1/4) W 2 width of both side edges of the unit body 14. Adhere between the laminated layers with water-soluble adhesive 7, except for the width section where the part width is added,
When this is unfolded, the attached thin films attract each other to reveal a hexagonal prism-shaped collective pot body P 2 or a square prism-shaped collective pot body P 4 , and each pot body that makes up these collective pot bodies is attached to the bottom. The structure has a partial bottom 4. This will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

Apply the water-resistant adhesive Movinyl 550 (trade name) to a length of 50 mm at 20 mm intervals in the drawing direction on a 3 mm width, and then apply the water-resistant adhesive Movinyl 550 to a length of 50 mm at a position 18.5 mm backward in the drawing direction from the applied end of the water-resistant adhesive Movinyl 550. Apply the above water-resistant adhesive Movinyl 550 to a length of 20 mm and a width of 3 mm in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction, with the point intersecting the center position in the width direction as the midpoint, and add a banding paper of the same material and specifications as above to this. Separately pull them out and align both sides of each other and glue them together, and after pre-drying, the ends of the water-resistant adhesive on both sides of the band and the ends of the water-resistant adhesive on the middle part in the width direction are set as the limit positions for water resistance. Cut out the non-applied adhesive section in a concave shape, and at the same time cut from the rear edge in the pull-out direction of the section where the water-resistant adhesive is applied at the middle part in the width direction to obtain a wing width of 66 mm, a wing height of 50 mm, and a leg height of 20 mm. ,
100 hollow compressed flat bodies were manufactured, each having a T-shape with a leg width of 20 mm, a 3 mm width on both side edges of the wing, and a 3 mm width on the lower end of the leg, each attached with a water-resistant adhesive. 10 pieces of this hollow compressed body are attached to the 60mm part of the wing part excluding the 3mm water-resistant adhesive bonded parts on both sides of the wing part.
Arrange them vertically and overlapping each other alternately so that they are addressed in mm, and glue the overlapping parts with water-soluble adhesive Gohsenol.
GL-5 (product name) 18% concentration solution was applied to form a unit, the remaining 90 hollow presses were used to make 9 identical units, and 10 units were aligned on both sides. A laminate was formed by laminating 10 tiers and pasting the laminate with the water-soluble adhesive except for the 23 mm width of both side edges of each tier unit. After waiting for the adhesive part to dry, the laminate is expanded to form a hexagonal columnar pot with a height of 50 mm, a major axis of 40 mm, and a 20 mm wide partial bottom between a pair of opposing 20 mm wide side walls at the bottom. An aggregate of pots with a bottom was obtained in which the cells were assembled in 10 rows and 10 tiers.

Example 4 Synthetic fiber mixed paper with a basis weight of 50 g/m 2 was made by mixing natural fibers with polyvinyl fibers, and the width
Cut into 149mm tapes, divided into 5mm width and 50mm length sections with 24mm intervals on one side edge in the drawer direction.
The rear edge is an imaginary line drawn through the end position of the 24 mm interval and perpendicular to the drawing direction, and the width is 3 mm.
Continuously apply water-resistant adhesive Gohsenol 550 (trade name) to each 24 mm section whose length is perpendicular to the drawing direction and is surrounded by 24 mm and 48 mm from the one side edge. The water-resistant adhesive is coated, and the other side edge, which is the same side, is polymerized and pressed and adhered to one side edge to which the water-resistant adhesive is applied to form a hollow pressed body, and this is wound up on a take-up roll. From the 10 rolls wound up in this way, pull out the hollow pressed flat bodies in the same condition, arrange them so that the width of each is 24 mm, and alternately overlap them vertically. Name) Paste with 18% concentration liquid to form a band in which 10 hollow compressed flat bodies are arranged in the horizontal direction, and this is pulled in a direction perpendicular to the drawing direction through the end position of the 24 mm interval. A large number of unit bodies are manufactured by cutting them into 74 mm lengths using the imaginary cutting line, and 20 of these unit bodies are stacked in multiple stages with both edges aligned. was attached with the above-mentioned water-soluble adhesive, and after drying, it was expanded to form a hexagonal prism-shaped pot with a height of 50 mm, a major axis of 48 mm, and a partial bottom with a width of 240 mm between the lower part of the side walls of the pair of 24 mm width facing each other. Ten aggregates of pots with bottoms arranged in 10 rows and 20 tiers were obtained.

Example 5 From 10 rolls of hollow pressed flat bodies produced and rolled up in the same manner as in Example 4, hollow pressed flat bodies were pulled out in the same condition and arranged so that the width of each was 18 mm and overlapping each other alternately above and below. , the overlapping parts are pasted with water-soluble adhesive GOHSENOL GL-05 (trade name) 18% concentration liquid to form a band in which 10 hollow compressed bodies are arranged horizontally, and this is arranged at the above-mentioned intervals of 24 mm. Using an imaginary line drawn through the end position and perpendicular to the pull-out direction as a cutting line, a large number of unit bodies were manufactured by cutting them into 74 mm lengths, and 20 of these unit bodies were stacked in multiple stages with both edges aligned. The area between each laminate, excluding 18mm of both side edges of each tier, is pasted with the above-mentioned water-soluble adhesive, and after drying, it is expanded to a height of 50mm, a diagonal length of about 51mm, and a width between the bottom of the side walls of a pair of pot bodies facing each other with a width of 36mm. A bottomed pot assembly was obtained in which hexagonal prism-shaped pots with a partial bottom of 24 mm were assembled in 10 rows and 20 stages.

(Effects) When raising and transplanting plants using the bottomed pot assembly of the present invention, soiling that could occur when using conventional pots made of paper or paper-like thin film without a lid or bottom is avoided. The phenomenon of soil shedding due to the properties of soil is significantly improved, making it possible to perform work without being affected by soil conditions. Furthermore, the structure is different from conventionally known pots with a bottom, and since a bottom is not formed on the entire lower part of the pot, rooting from the pot will not be inhibited in any way even if the seedlings are transplanted with the pot still attached after raising seedlings. In addition, since the bottomed pot assembly of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, it is less costly than the conventional pot body made of paper or paper-like thin film without a lid or bottom. Since there is not much difference in the results, this invention can greatly contribute to the raising and transplanting of plant seedlings.
