と、ガイドバーによって案内された屠体の背側の背骨の
両側に切り込み筋を入れる2枚一組の背側筋入れ丸刃
と、胸肉部排出用チエーンコンベアと、首・背骨排出用
チエーンコンベアと、分離用丸刃及び背側筋入れ丸刃を
駆動するモーターと、上記両コンベアへの動力伝達系か
らなることを特徴とするバックプラー。
