2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a gift box of this kind has generally been constructed by folding a blank board made of cardboard or cardboard. In particular, a high-end box for storing high-grade gifts and the like has a very good-looking and sturdy box formed by sequentially folding and folding a blank plate having a complicated structure. Also, as a gift box having a simple structure, for example, the technique shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-178316 or in FIG. 5 is known.

The box shown in FIG. 5 has a bottom plate 1 as a center, a side plate 2 at the peripheral edge thereof, and a gable plate 3 having tongues 3a at both ends thereof. The folding ruled line 2a extending obliquely upward from the above is provided. The box shown in FIG. 5 was assembled by applying an adhesive to the tongue piece 3a and adhering the tongue piece 3a to the side plate 2. As described above, since the folding ruled lines 2a are provided on both sides of the side plate 2 of the box, the whole box can be flatly crushed by bending the folding ruled lines 2a. Was there.

However, since the former high-grade and tough gift box has a complicated structure, it takes time to assemble it, and after use, it is easily crushed or disassembled. I couldn't do that, so there was the problem of being bulky and difficult to dispose. In the latter technique shown in FIG. 5, the entire box can be easily folded into a flat shape by using the folding ruled line 2a after use, but this folding ruled line 2a appears on the outer surface of the box. In addition, there was a problem that the appearance was bad and the appearance was not good. In particular, when the blank plate is made of corrugated cardboard, the folding ruled lines 2a clearly appear, and the appearance is significantly impaired, and the folding ruled lines 2a impair the strength of the side plate 2, so that this part is careless. There were problems such as bending and damage.

As described above, in the gift box according to the present invention, folding blank lines are provided at predetermined positions on the blank board made of corrugated cardboard, and the decorative paper is integrally formed on the side where the folding rule lines are provided. Since they are laminated one on top of the other, the folding ruled lines can be hidden by this decorative paper. Further, the strength of the portion where the folding ruled lines are provided can be reinforced by this decorative paper.
Further, in the method of the present invention, the decorative paper is entirely laminated on one surface of the flat blank plate, so that it is possible to mass-produce the blank plate having a good appearance by a simple operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing components used in the present invention, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a gift box constructed by carrying out the method of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a part of the gift box shown in FIG. It is isometric view explanatory drawing of a folded state. In FIG. 2, A is a blank plate, which is made of single-faced corrugated paper. The blank plate A has a bottom plate 10 as a center and side plates 1 at the upper and lower edges thereof.
1. The upper edge plate 12 and the folding side plate 13 are connected to each other, and the tongue pieces 14 are connected to both ends of the side plate 11 and the folding side plate 13, respectively. It is formed by sequentially connecting the plate 16 and the folded back gable plate 17. Further, on both sides of the side plate 11 and the folding side plate 13, folding ruled lines 18 (back side in the figure) are provided at positions connecting corners. Next, B is a thin decorative paper, and is formed to have exactly the same dimensions as the blank plate A. This decorative paper B has a side plate 11a, an upper edge plate 12a, a folded side plate 13a, a gable plate 15a, an upper edge plate 16a, and a folded gable plate 17a, which are sequentially arranged around the bottom plate 10a, and which are connected to the side plate 11a and the folded plate. Tongue pieces 14a are connected to both ends of the side plate 13a. Next, referring to FIG. 1, in the method according to the present invention, one side of the blank plate A, that is, the side on which the folding ruled lines 18 are provided, is laminated with the decorative paper B and integrally attached. To do. Therefore, the blank plate A
The folding ruled line 18 provided on the sheet is completely covered with the decorative paper B. In this way, the blank plate A having the decorative paper B laminated on one surface is sequentially folded and assembled to form a gift box as shown in FIG. Since the folding ruled lines 18 of the gift box are covered with the decorative paper B, the gift box does not appear on the front side, has a good appearance, and reinforces the portion where the folding ruled lines 18 are provided. Can be done.
When the gift box according to the present invention is no longer needed after use, as shown in FIG. 4, by pushing the standing wall surface of the gift box toward the inside of the box, the folding ruled line 18 acts so that the gift box You can fold the standing wall inwards to fold the entire gift box flat. The gift box can be discarded in this state. In the above embodiment, the folding ruled lines 18 are provided on the side plate 11 and the folded side plate 13 of the blank plate A. The folding ruled lines 18 are the gable plates 15 and the folded gable plates 17.
It is also possible to provide.

Since the gift box manufacturing method according to the present invention has the above-described structure and operation, it has the same size on one surface of the preliminarily manufactured blank plate, that is, on the surface side on which the folding ruled line is provided. By simply laminating the decorative papers and sticking them together, it is possible to mass-produce by a simple operation in the same process as a conventional gift box. The gift box manufactured by the method of the present invention is beautiful because the decorative paper is laminated on the front side, and since the folding ruled lines do not appear on the surface, the gift box has features such as a good appearance. Further, in the gift box manufactured by the method according to the present invention, since the decorative paper is integrally laminated on the folding ruled line provided in a part thereof, the strength of the portion provided with the folding ruled line is It also has the feature that it can be reinforced with this decorative paper.
