【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、開口部の下部における土台と掃き出

掃き出し下枠の長手方向における取り付け位置の
調整ができる土台と掃き出し下枠との基礎への取

１０の上端を逆Ｕ状に折り曲げて形成した係止片
１１を立ち上がり片６と垂直片７との上端に係止
し、連結金具９の横片１２を基礎１の上面から上
方に突設したアンカーボルト１３にナツト１４に
て固着して成るものであつて、このような構成を
採用することで、上記した本考案の目的を達成し

枠３に設けることなく取り付けることができ、ま
た掃き出し下枠３の取り付けに当たつて掃き出し
下枠３を長手方向にスライドさせることができて
取り付け位置調整ができるようになつたものであ

［実施例］ 以下本考案を添付図面に示す実施例により詳述

基礎１の上に土台２が載置してある。この土台
２は断面逆Ｔ字状をした金属材により形成してあ
る。土台２の基礎１の上面に載置した載置面１５
には切り欠き部１６が設けてあり、この切り欠き
部１６には床固定金物１７が挿入されて基礎１の
上面に床固定金物１７が載置してある。基礎１の
上面にはアンカーボルト１３が上方に向けて突設
してあり、アンカーボルト１３が床固定金物１７
を貫通してあつてナツト１４を締め付けて床固定
金物１７を基礎１に固着してある。掃き出し下枠
３は第３図に示すようにサツシ載置片４の一端か
ら下方に向けて脚部５を垂下し、サツシ載置片４
の他端から上方に向けて立ち上がり片６を突出
し、この立ち上がり片６の上端を逆レ字状に折り
曲げて引掛片８を設けることで構成してある。引
掛片８は掃き出し下枠３を連結金具９で取り付け
る箇所は第１図、第２図に示すように切り落とし
てある。この掃き出し下枠３のサツシ載置片４か
ら垂下した脚部５を基礎１の上に載置し、サツシ
載置片４の端部から上方に突設した立ち上がり片
６を土台２の垂直片７に重ね合わせ、立ち上がり
片６の上端の引掛片８を垂直片７の上端に引掛け
る。そして、Ｌ型をした連結金具９の縦片１０の
上端を逆Ｕ状に折り曲げて形成した係止片１１を
立ち上がり片６と垂直片７との上端に係止し、連
結金具９の横片１２を基礎１の上面から上方に突
設したアンカーボルト１３の上部に挿入して上か
らナツト１４を螺合して固着するものである。こ
の場合横片１２は上下からナツトで挟持されてア
ンカーボルト１３に固着されることとなる。この
ようにして基礎１に土台２が取り付けられると共
に掃き出し下枠３も取り付けられるものである。
また上記のようにして掃き出し下枠３を取り付け
る際、土台２に対して掃き出し下枠３を長手方向
にスライドさせることで掃き出し下枠３の取り付
け位置の調整が可能となるものである。そして、
このようにして取り付けた掃き出し下枠３のサツ
シ載置片４には第３図の想像線で示したように掃
き出しサツシ２０が載設されるものである。ま
た、床固定金物１７には床パネル（図示せず）の
側端部がボルト、ナツトにより取り付けられる。

てあるので、土台を基礎に取り付ける際に同時に
掃き出し下枠を取り付けることができて施工工数
が少なくてすみ、しかも掃き出し下枠の取り付け
に当たつて、ボルト挿入孔を掃き出し下枠に設け
ることなく取り付けることができ、また掃き出し
下枠の取り付に当たつて掃き出し下枠を長手方向
にスライドさせることができて掃き出し下枠の取
