The original image (negative or positive) film 13 and workpiece 14 are placed in a stacked manner inside the gasket 12 of the lower frame 11, and then the upper frame 10 is brought into close contact with the gasket 12, and the vacuum port 15 is opened as shown in the figure. The original image film 13 and the workpiece 14 are pressed against each other by deforming (deflecting) the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 to bring them into close contact with each other.

First of all, the height of conventional gaskets is constant, which causes problems in adhesion depending on the thickness of the workpiece. That is, since the upper frame and the lower frame are in close contact with the workpiece due to their bending, if the workpiece is thin, the close contact with the peripheral edge of the workpiece is poor near the gasket. Also, if the workpiece is thicker than the gasket height, it cannot be used because the upper and lower frames cannot fit tightly together, so multiple baking frames must be prepared to accommodate the thickness of the workpiece. It didn't happen.

Second, due to the repeated vacuum sealing operation, atmospheric pressure is directly and repeatedly applied to the gasket from the lateral direction, as well as pressure between the frames due to atmospheric pressure applied to the upper and lower frames. Conventional gaskets deteriorate quickly due to the action of these forces, making it impossible to provide vacuum shielding, and the gaskets must be replaced or the baking frame rebuilt frequently.

The present invention was devised in view of these issues, and its purpose is to make it possible to adjust the height dimension according to the thickness of the workpiece, and to reduce the force that is repeatedly applied. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gasket for a baking frame that has improved durability against action.

In order to achieve the above object, the printing frame gasket according to the present invention is a printing frame in which a document image and a work are placed between upper and lower frames, and the frames are brought into close contact by reducing the pressure for exposure and printing. A gasket for a baking frame is constructed on the periphery between the frames and serves as a shield from the outside air, and the gasket on one side is formed into a U-shaped cross section and a spacer is inserted inside the frame on one side. , a main contact convex portion on the other side of the frame body, which is in close contact with the gasket on the one side and serves as a shield from outside air during depressurization and mainly receives the pressure between the frame bodies;
The other side gasket is fixedly formed with a support protrusion formed lower than the height of the main contact protrusion and secondarily comes into close contact with the one gasket during depressurization to serve as a shield from the outside air. It is what it is.

Therefore, in the present invention, the height of the gasket is changed by changing the thickness of the spacer inserted into the gasket on one side, which is formed in the frame on one side and has a U-shaped cross section. As a result, the interval between the frames can be adjusted in accordance with the thickness of works of different thicknesses, and one baking frame can be used for a plurality of types of works.

In addition, the gasket on the other side, which is composed of the main contact convex part and the support convex part, which are constructed on the frame body on the other side, has a main contact convex part that first comes into close contact with the gasket on the one side
During decompression, the main contact convex part receives the pressure between the frame bodies, whereas the main contact convex part of the support convex part receives the pressure between the frame bodies.
Once compressed to a certain extent, they come into close contact with each other, and each convex part serves as a shield from the outside air. This allows the external force due to atmospheric pressure to be applied directly from the side,
The durability of the gasket can be increased because the gaskets are distributed and received at each convex portion.

The upper gasket 4 is made of synthetic rubber and is fixed to the notch 2a on the periphery of the upper frame 2 with the opening facing outward, and the upper gasket 4 is inserted through the opening 4a of the upper gasket 4 as shown in FIG. It consists of four spacers 5 made of metal of the same thickness, whose ends are aligned to form a quadrilateral shape, and a lower gasket 6 made of synthetic rubber and fixed to the peripheral edge of the lower frame 3. ing. The vacuum adhesion using the printing frame 1 is achieved by placing the original image film 13 and the work 14 on top of each other on the inner surface of the lower frame 3, as shown in FIG.
The upper frame 2 with the spacer 5 selected corresponding to the thickness of the upper gasket 4 inserted into the upper gasket 4 is brought into close contact with the lower frame 3 by aligning each gasket with the spacer 5, and then the spacer 5 is inserted into the upper gasket 4. Reduce the pressure between the frames. At this time, in the lower gasket 6, only the main contact convex portion 6a is initially in close contact with the upper gasket 4 of the upper frame 2, and the pressure is reduced while shielding from the outside air, and the upper and lower parts due to atmospheric pressure accompanying this pressure reduction occur. As the frame body bends, it is pressed and compressed between the frame bodies. When the main contact convex portion 6a is compressed to some extent, the support convex portions 6b and 6c on both sides
is in close contact with the upper gasket 4, and is pressed and compressed between the frames until the decompression is completed, while still serving as a shield from the outside air. When the pressure reduction is completed, the lower gasket 6 is in a state in which the pressure from the upper and lower frames is mainly received by the main contact convex portion 6a, and the atmospheric pressure that is directly applied in the lateral direction is distributed and received by the three convex portions.

As described above, in this embodiment, by replacing the spacer in the upper gasket, the distance between the frames is adjusted to suit the thickness of the workpiece, and good adhesion is achieved. Furthermore, by forming the main contact convex portion and the support convex portions on both sides of the main contact convex portion on the lower gasket, the external force due to atmospheric pressure is dispersed, thereby improving the durability of the gasket.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the distance between the frames can be changed by changing the thickness of the spacer inserted into the gasket attached to one side of the frame. The spacing between the frames can be adjusted according to the size, and one baking frame can be used for multiple types of workpieces.

Further, the main contact convex portion and the support convex portion attached to the gasket on the other side of the frame disperse the external force caused by the atmospheric pressure that is repeatedly applied to the gasket, so that the durability of the gasket can be improved.
