4にナツト8を螺合してタワークレーンベース9
をベース受梁1に強固に固定するものである。タ
ワークレーン10は第1図に示すように構築物の
上部に固定したベース11を貫通させ、タワーク
レーン10に支持部材12を固定し、ベース11
と支持部材12とを動力ジヤツキ13で連結し動
力ジヤツキ13の作動により上昇させるものであ
