Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 リム部、スポーク部およびボスを有しそのボ
スによつてステアリングシヤフトに固着するステ
アリングホイール本体と、 上記ボスの外周に回転自在に嵌合され外周内側
に内歯車を有するとともに上部にパツドを設けた
上側筒状部材と、 この上側筒状部材の下方において実質的に非回
転状態に固定され外周内側に内歯車を有する下側
筒状部材と、 上記上側筒状部材および下側筒状部材の内歯車
に噛合され上記ボスと共動回転する遊星歯車と、
を備え、 上記遊星歯車は、上記上側筒状部材および下側
筒状部材の内歯車に噛合する部分を、軟質合成樹
脂またはゴム材質からなり上記内歯車に常に接し
ている軟質歯車部と、硬質合成樹脂または金属か
らなる硬質インサート歯車体を上記軟質歯車部と
一体の軟質被覆部が被覆してなり上記内歯車に対
し間隙を有する硬質歯車部とで形成したことを特
徴とするステアリング装置。

A steering device comprising a hard insert gear body made of synthetic resin or metal, covered with a soft coating part integral with the soft gear part, and a hard gear part having a gap with respect to the internal gear.
