【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 ベツドに一体的に基準ガイドを設け、この基
準ガイドにより第1静圧スライド装置を介して長
手方向に往復摺動可能にテーブルを案内支持し、
前記ベツドにより長手方向に往復摺動可能に案内
支持され前記テーブルに浮動的に結合された静圧
継手を介して同テーブルを送りねじにより往復駆
動してなる静圧スライドテーブルにおいて、前記
テーブルに長手方向と直交し同テーブルの中心に
対し対称的に配置された一対の静圧面を備えた切
り欠きを設けて同テーブル内部において前記基準
ガイドを露出せしめると共に前記第1静圧スライ
ド装置を同テーブルの少くとも長手方向両端部に
設け、前記切り欠き内に前記静圧継手を位置せし
めて第2静圧スライド装置を介して前記基準ガイ
ドにより案内支持すると共に同静圧継手の長手方
向両端面と前記静圧面の間に前記長手方向の推力
のみを伝達する静圧スラスト装置を形成したこと
を特徴とする静圧スライドテーブル。

The static pressure joint is provided at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the static pressure joint is positioned in the notch and guided and supported by the reference guide via a second static pressure slide device. A hydrostatic slide table characterized in that a hydrostatic thrust device for transmitting only the thrust in the longitudinal direction is formed between hydrostatic surfaces.
