となつている半折された熱可塑性合成樹脂製の袋
素材帯をこの袋素材帯面が水平にして長手方向に
一袋寸法ずゝ間歇搬送し、前記搬送の全行程を
ほゞ同一平面内で行い、上流側より前記底ガゼツ
トの折込み幅の2倍の幅と、前記間歇移送の一回
の搬送寸法よりガゼツト折込み幅寸法の2倍の寸
法を差引いた寸法より若干短かいものであつて、
袋素材帯と熱溶着性を有する長方形の硬質底補強
板を、袋素材帯の開放縁側から反対側のガゼツト
折込み側縁の上下二重のうちの何れかのガゼツト
部のガゼツト折込み側縁の内面に当接するまで挿
入する方法と、次に袋素材帯に挾持されてた底補
強板をガゼツト折込部と接触部分において袋素材
帯に溶着する方法と、次に順次間隔をおいて位置
する底補強板間の丁度中央の袋素材帯のみの部分
を全幅横断方向に溶着し、この中央を横断方向に
分断して個々の袋を順次製造することを特徴とす
る底補強底ガゼツト折込袋の製造方法。 2 袋素材帯と底補強板を熱溶着する方法は、こ
れら自体の材質を軟化させて融着させる方法、少
なくとも熱溶着すべき位置のこれら接着面に施し
てある熱溶着材を加熱軟化させて融着させる方法
