By the way, if the opening of such a thruster tunnel remains open during navigation, the wave-making resistance increases due to the vortex flow generated around the opening, and the fuel efficiency of the ship is likely to deteriorate. Also, when the opening exposed on the water surface is submerged again due to pitching during navigation, the residual air in the thruster tunnel becomes bubbles and flows into the water. Will interfere with the reception of. Therefore, it is desirable to close the opening of the thruster tunnel during navigation, and for this reason, for example, JP-A-2-22739 proposed by the present applicant.
As in 7, a bow thruster gate device is known in which a gate is slid up and down via a driving means such as a hydraulic cylinder.

However, according to the above-mentioned device, the back stopper 13 restricts the swinging of the upper portion of the thruster gate 1 toward the inner side of the hull. There is no regulation for swinging to
Furthermore, since the thruster gate 1 rises and falls in a narrow storage space while standing almost vertically, the center of gravity position 20 of the thruster gate 1 may be near the line of force of the link 8 and may not be stable. There was a risk that the thruster gate 1 would fluctuate, causing sticking due to collision with the hull.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a thruster gate for closing an opening of a thruster tunnel penetrating the vessel in the transverse direction, and a guide pin protruding laterally from both sides of the central portion of the thruster gate. A guide rail that guides the guide pin in a substantially vertical direction is fixed to the hull, and a cradle that receives the guide pin at the closed position of the thruster gate is fixed to the guide rail, while a back frame guided by the guide rail is linked. In a bow thruster gate device for a ship, which is connected to the upper part of the thruster gate via the above, and which has an actuator for driving the back frame along a guide rail, in the inward hull direction of the upper part of the thruster gate centered on the guide pin. A back stopper that restricts the rotation of the back flap is located at the back of the thruster gate. The thrust gate, which is provided under the guide pin and which is located below the guide pin and which slidably contacts the side surface of the guide rail when the thruster gate is opened and restricts rotation of the upper portion of the thruster gate toward the outer side of the hull. Set up in.

When the hydraulic cylinder 12 is further contracted,
As shown in FIG. 7, the thruster gate 1 starts to move along a guide rail 5 that guides the guide pins 4 and 9 toward a storage position diagonally above. Immediately after the start of this movement, the guide stopper 16 slides on the outside of the guide rail 5 and is guided. The thruster gate 1 is restricted from swinging in the inner direction of the hull by the back stopper 13 and in the outer direction of the hull by the guide stopper 16, and can be stably pulled up to the storage position without swaying left and right around the guide pin 4. When the direction of the bow is changed in a harbor or the like, the thruster tunnel 2 is opened in this way, and a propulsion device (not shown) mounted in the thruster tunnel 2 is driven.

On the other hand, when the thruster gate 1 is moved from the retracted position to the closed position in order to close the opening of the thruster tunnel 2, the contracted hydraulic cylinder 12 is extended. As a result, the thruster gate 1 becomes the back stopper 1
While being prevented from swinging by 3 and the guide stopper 16, the guide stopper 16 is separated from the guide rail 5 as shown in FIG. 6, and the guide pin 4 contacts the pedestal 6 as shown in FIG. When reaching the opening position, the upper part of the thruster gate 1 is allowed to rotate in the outer direction of the hull.

When the hydraulic cylinder 12 is further extended from this state, the guide pin 9 which continues to descend is linked by the link 8
The upper portion of the thruster gate 1 is pushed out to the outside of the hull through the guide, and the upper portion of the thruster gate 1 rotates in the outer direction of the hull with the guide pin 4 as a fulcrum to reach the closed position shown in FIG.

In the closed position, the thruster gate 1 presses the upper support 14 from the inside to the hull skin 3 by the rotational force exerted on the thruster gate 1 by the hydraulic cylinder 12 via the guide pin 9 and the link 8. In addition, since the lower part is crimped from the outside to the support 15 formed on the hull outer plate 3, sufficient supporting force can be obtained against external pressure such as waves.
Furthermore, there is no step between the thruster gate 1 and the hull skin 3, and the wave-making resistance during navigation is extremely small.
