Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内輪及び外輪(11、12)とこれらの間のローラ(13)とを有し、各ロ ーラは大きく凹状になった軸線方向形状を持つ外面(15)を有し、内輪及び外 輪は大きく凸状になっており且つローラの形状と合う軸線方向形状を持つ表面( 16、17)を持つ軌道(21)を有するローラベアリングにおいて、各ローラ (13)は、ローラの中心に対して非対称の外面(15)を有し、内輪及び外輪 とローラとの間の接触領域に使用中に結果的に生じた摩擦モーメントがローラに 正の傾斜を与えてローラのトラッキング運動を制御するように、凹面及び凸面が 接触領域(20)に亘って互いに接触する、ことを特徴とするローラベアリング 。 2.ローラ(13)の各々の外面(15)が一定半径の凹状形状を有する、請求 項1に記載のローラベアリング。 3.ローラの各々の外面(15)が、一定半径の二つの弧によって形成された凹 状形状を有し、外面の中央領域が一つの半径から形成され、二つの外領域が一つ の大きな半径から形成されている、請求項1に記載のローラベアリング。 4.ローラの各々の外面(15)が、異なる半径の幾つかの弧から形成されてい る、請求項1に記載のローラベアリング。 5.ローラの各々の外面(15)が、楕円形の凹状形状を有する、請求項1に記 載のローラベアリング。 6.各ローラ(15)の端部の直径(D1、D2)が異なっている、請求項1乃 至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のローラベアリング。 7.各ローラが胴部直径(DW)を有し、これはローラの中心からずれている、 請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のローラベアリング。 8.ローラがベアリングの軸線(B)に対して傾いており、接触領域が所定の接 触角度αを構成する、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のローラベア リング。 9.接触領域が、ローラと軌道との間にヘルツ接触、截頭ヘルツ接触、双峰接触 、又は長方形接触を荷重が加わった状態で構成する、請求項1乃至7のうちのい ずれか一項に記載のローラベアリング。 10.ローラは、ローラの軌道に垂直な反力により内輪及び外輪の軌道間に異な る接触角度を生じることができるようにするのに十分な湾曲を有し、そのためロ ーラは横方向牽引力の均衡を取るため接触する、請求項1に記載のベアリング。 11.ローラが交互の組み(13、13′)をなして配置され、交互のローラの 軸線が互いに交差し、輪がローラの各組と係合する、対をなした軌道を有する、 請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のベアリング。 12.ローラの間隔を隔てるため保持器(14)が設けられている、請求項1乃 至10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のベアリング。 13.請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の特徴を具現化した二列形 体のベアリング。
