BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Generally, in a press brake, as shown in FIG.
0 is fixed to the frame 11 at both ends, and rams 12 to which the upper die is attached via attachment members 15 are operated by receiving forces from hydraulic cylinders 13 near both ends. Therefore,
When the ram 13 descends and bends a metal plate, the table 10 is slightly bent at d near the center.
The ram 12 curves downward as shown by 1, and the ram 12 curves upward at the center as shown by d2. As a result, the metal plate cannot be bent completely. In order to correct the deflection that occurs in the table 10 and the ram 12, the table 1 is
Another type of fixed contact member having an inclined surface inclined in the front-rear direction and fixed to either the ram 12 or the ram 12 and in contact with the inclined surface having the same inclination as the inclined surface of the fixed contact member. The table 10 has a movable contact member arranged so as to be movable forward and backward.
The correction is made by the sum of the deflection of the ram 12 and the deflection of the ram 12. However, this correction has the disadvantage that it requires labor and time to adjust the movable contact members by moving them forward and backward when the magnitude of the load differs.

In order to solve these problems, the creator of this device made a proposal as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 16423/1983. This device is placed at a predetermined position on either the main body member consisting of a ram or table and the mounting member to which the mold is attached, and is tilted so that it rises only in the same direction, left and right, and this tilt is in the center. A plurality of fixing members forming a fixed contact surface that increases in size as the size increases, and a plurality of fixing members each slidingly contacting the fixed contact surface and fixing the fixing members of the main body member and the mounting member. The same number of sliding members as the fixed members that can be slid in the left-right direction with respect to the side members are provided, and a shaft member is provided with screws extending laterally through each of the sliding members. The member is adjusted by moving the member in the left and right direction at one end, and the position in the left and right direction of each sliding member is adjusted by a female screw member screwed into the shaft member on both sides. However, there was a problem in that even if the arrangement of the sliding member was adjusted by rotating the female screw member, it was not possible to understand how much the adjustment was made.

Also, as shown in Figure 9, 10μ (micron) is applied to the mold.
If the above local wear or deformation e occurs, it is necessary to make a correction, or if there is a portion where the thickness of the material locally differs by 10 μm or more, it is necessary to make a local correction. Also, as shown in Figure 8, the deflection curve necessary for correction, for example in the case of uniformly distributed load, is a
In the case of an aluminum plate shown in , a steel plate shown in b, or a stainless steel plate shown in c, the difference is different. For example, if aluminum plate is used as a standard, steel plate and stainless steel plate only need to be slightly corrected, but It was difficult to adjust the appropriate amount. Therefore, it was necessary to use the same mold, or to prepare molds for each material.

The applied scale member 40 is fixed. On this scale 41, one scale corresponds to the amount by which the upper surface of the movable wedge member 35 is raised by 10 microns by rotating the adjustment screw 37. Reference numeral 42 denotes a collar member fixed to the left and right sides of each movable wedge member 35, and extends vertically, and the downwardly extending portion is attached to the fixed wedge member 32.
The movable wedge member 35 is contacted with both left and right ends of the movable wedge member 35 to prevent it from moving in the left-right direction. 43
have horizontal lower surfaces overlapping the upper surface of the movable wedge member 35, and both front and rear ends thereof are connected to the connecting member 16.
It is a fixed member arranged so as to be in contact with the flange member 42, and its left and right ends are in contact with the collar member 42 so that it does not move, and its upper surface forms a fixed contact surface 45 that is sloped to become higher toward the right side. , this slope is larger near the center than near both ends. Reference numeral 46 denotes a sliding member having a sliding contact surface 47 on its lower surface that contacts the fixed contact surface 45 at the same slope, and whose upper surface can slide laterally along the lower surface of the ram 12 in the space 31. It is fixed to a movable member 48 which extends in length by screws. 50 is a shaft member fixed to the right end of the movable member 48, and has a screw 51 cut therein. Each sliding member 4
6, the movable member 48, and the shaft member 50 constitute a sliding body 52. 53 is a handle serving as an adjustment device, and has a hollow shaft 56 rotatably supported by a bearing device 55 provided at the right end of the ram 12;

In the configuration as described above, with the mold attached to the mounting member 15, the handle 53 and adjustment screw 37 are loosened to the maximum, and the mounting member 15, which is pulled upward by the spring 28, is horizontal, and In this state, the fixed contact surface 4 of the fixed member 43
5 and the sliding contact surface 47 of the sliding member 46 are adapted to contact each other without exerting force.
From this state, rotate the handle 53 to remove the slider 52.
When the mounting member 15 and the mold are tightened so as to move to the right, the mounting member 15 and the mold will be deformed and curved, being larger at the center and smaller toward both ends, moving downward. The distribution of curvature of the mounting member 15 and the mold is, for example, a curve in the case of an aluminum plate as shown by a in FIG. 8. The scale 61 of the scale member 58 is carved, for example, in the center by 0.1 mm, with each scale representing an amount of curvature protruding downward from both ends. Therefore, the handle 53 should be adjusted by the amount by which the central portion protrudes downward so that the deflection of the ram 12 and the table 10 due to the load acting on the mounting member 15 is equal to the total value. When processing a stainless steel plate or when it is necessary to locally change the deflection shape, operate the adjustment screw 37 and adjust the movable wedge member 35 to the required length while reading the scale 41 of the scale member 40. good.

The main member consisting of a ram or table and the mounting member to which the mold is attached are arranged at predetermined positions in the left and right direction, respectively, and are inclined so as to rise only in the same left and right direction, and this inclination is at the center. Therefore, three or more fixing members that form large fixed contact surfaces and have horizontal facing surfaces, and a fixed contact surface of each of these fixing members in the left and right direction with respect to the main member or the mounting member. a movable member that is slidable and extends long from side to side; and a fixed member that is fixed to the movable member and has a sliding contact surface that overlaps and contacts the fixed contact surfaces of each of the fixed members at the same slope. The device has the same number of sliding members as the movable members, and an adjustment device that is screwed onto a shaft member fixed to one end of the movable member to move the movable member in the left-right direction. Contact between each fixed wedge member and each fixed wedge member, which is fixed to the main body member or mounting member on the opposite side and has a contact surface inclined in the front-rear direction, and which is arranged in the same number and at substantially the same position in the left-right direction as the fixed member. It has a similarly inclined contact surface that overlaps and contacts the surface, and a horizontal surface opposite to this contact surface contacts the surface opposite to the fixed contact surface of each of the fixed members, so that it can be moved in the front and rear direction. The same number of movable wedge members as the fixed members, the same number of adjustment screws as the fixed members for moving each of the movable wedge members forward and backward, and a scale for reading the adjustment amount of each of the adjustment screws.
