凹曲部3底面から固着具8を打入して固定し、ヒ
ンジキヤツプ2の凹曲部3を設けた側の端縁を扉
パネル1の表面側まで至らせないと共に扉パネル
1の端面と表面との間の角部分を露出させたもの
であつて、上述のように構成することにより従来
例の欠点を解決したものである。つまり、対向す
る一対の軸受け部6間を通つてヒンジチヤンネル
4と反対側に突出する把手板10をヒンジチヤン
ネル4から連出したことにより、一対の軸受け部
6間に把手板10が位置して軸受け部6同士がこ
すれ合うことがなくなつて、従来のようにキイー
キイーという音を発したりしないと共にスムーズ
に開閉できるようになり、しかも把手板10があ
ることにより、把手板10を持つてスムーズに開
閉できるようになり、さらにヒンジキヤツプ2に
把手板10が突出する側と反対のヒンジチヤンネ
ル4のない位置で凹曲部3を設けたことにより、
凹曲部3に手先を掛けてスムーズに開閉できるよ
うになり、さらにまた凹曲部3を扉パネル1の端
面の凹所7に嵌合すると共に凹曲部3底面から固
着具8を打入して固定したことにより、凹曲部3
の嵌合と固着具8の打入にてヒンジキヤツプ2を
扉パネル1の端面に強固に固定できるようになつ
た。

ンネル4が相対向するヒンジキヤツプ2間に配置
され、軸部5を軸受け部6に回転自在に軸支され
ている。また把手板10は第5図、第6図に示す
ように縦片10aと横片10bにて断面略逆T字
状に形成され、縦片10aの先端部には膨大部1
7が設けられ、縦片10aと横片10bとの間の
コーナー部には円弧状に突出する円弧面部18が
形成されている。円弧面部18の表面には先端の
尖つた微小突起19を周方向に適当な間隔で列設
してあり、縦片10aの横片0b側を除く両面に
も微小突起19を列設してある。この把手板10
の横片10bはヒンジチヤンネル4内に挿通さ
れ、縦片10aが軸受け部6間を介してヒンジチ
ヤンネル4側と反対側に連出してある。一対のヒ
ンジキヤツプ2の上下には夫々抜け止め板を軸部
5を利用して固着してあり、この抜け止め板にて
ヒンジチヤンネル4や把手板10が上下方向に抜
けるのを阻止している。第1図、第2図及び第3
図に示すように一対の扉パネル1のヒンジキヤツ
プ2と反対の端部には上下方向に亘つて端部キヤ
ツプ11を装着してあり、端部キヤツプ11の上
端の位置で扉パネル1にランナー12を装着して
あり、端部キヤツプ11の下端の位置で扉パネル
1にスライド軸16を装着してある。このランナ
ー12は上レール13に走行自在に吊設してあ
り、スライド軸16は下レール14にスライド自
在に入れてある。上レール13のB側には戸当た
り縁15を垂下してあり、一対の扉パネル1が一
直線状になるように折り畳み扉を閉塞した状態で
戸当たり縁15に当たつてそれ以上B側に行かな
いようになつている。戸当たり縁15にはモヘヤ
のような気密材20を装着してある。しかして折

く、キイーキイーという音を発したりすることな

するだけのため抵抗なくスムーズに軸受け部6が

所に嵌合すると共に凹曲部底面から固着具を打入
して固定したので、凹曲部の凹所への嵌合と固着
具の打入にてヒンジキヤツプを扉パネルに強固に
固定できて凹曲部に手を掛ける機能とヒンジキヤ
ツプを強固に固定する機能を持たせることができ
るものであり、さらにまたヒンジキヤツプの凹曲
