【発明の詳細な説明】 ( 産業上の利用分野 ) 本発明は主として光デイスク情報記録再生装 置などに設置される塵埃除去装置に関するもので ある。 ( 従来の技術 ) 上述の情報記録再生装置では光デイスクを旋 回駆動する手段、光ヘッドの制御のための電気回 路基板などが、装置函体内に配置されていて、制 御過程で発熱により内部空気を昇温させる。この ため、装填された光デイスクや周辺機器を、許容 限界温度以上にして、熱的に損傷させるおそれが ある。そこで、装置函体内に冷却空気を流通させ て、空冷により、内部温度を低く保つことがなさ れているが、導入した外部空気に塵埃が付着し、 記録、再生の妨げとなるなどの事故を招く。この ため、通常、上記装置函体内へ空気を強制的に送 り込むフアンなどの手段にはフイルターが設けら れていて、該フイルターで塵埃を捕捉し、これを 通過した清浄な空気で内部機構の冷却がなされる ようにしている。 ( 発明が解決しようとする課題 ) しかしながら、このようにフイルターを空気 の流通路に、これを遮断するように配置して、塵 埃の除去を行う場合には、フイルターに捕捉され る塵埃量が増加してくると、目詰まりを起こし、 流通抵抗が大きくなる。このため、装置函体内を 通過する単位時間当たりの空気量が減少して本来 の目的である空冷が不十分となり、許容限界温度 をこえて昇温される場合が生じ、光デイスクや周 辺機器の熱的損傷を招く結果となる。このために は、注意深く状態を観察して、頻繁にフイルター 交換などを実施しなければならない。 ( 発明の目的 ) 本発明は上記事情に基いてなされたもので、 フイルター表面に塵埃が付着して通気性が劣化し た場合、冷却対象装置内の温度が許容温度以上に ならないように、上記空気流通路からフイルター の汚損した部分を外し、新しい部分を位置して所 要の空気量を確保して上記設定温度以上に昇温す るのを防止した塵埃除去装置を提供しようとする ものである。 ( 課題を解決するための手段 ) このため、本発明では、空気流通路中にフイ ルター部材を配設して塵埃を吸着、除去するよう にした塵埃除去装置において、冷却フアンが位置 する空気流通路には上記フィルター部材が、これ を横切るように配置され、かつ上記空気流通路が で巻き取り装置にて巻き取り移動されるように構 成してある。 ( 作 用 ) したがって、その時に空気流通路に位置した フイルター部材の部分が目ずまりしてくると、巻 き取り装置を操作してフイルター部材の新しい部 分を空気流通路に移動し、常に十分な空気流量を 確保することができる。 ( 実施例 ) 以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照して具体 的に説明する。図において、符号1は光デイスク のドライブ装置4、電源13、冷却フアン14な どを保護、内装しているドライブケースであり、 上記冷却フアン14の取りつけられた側とは反対 側に位置し、カートリッジ挿入口2、冷却空気排 出口3がそれぞれ開口されている。 上記ドライブ装置4の装置函体内には上記カ ートリッジ挿入口2を介して上記ドライブ装置4 に装填された光デイスクカートリッジ6を旋回す るスピンドルモータ7、上記カートリッジ6に対 応して光ヘッド8を移動操作する駆動装置9が設 けられ、また、天井部分には上記ドライブ装置4 の駆動制御のための電気回路基板5が冷却空気の 通過領域に位置して配設されている。そして、上 記ドライブ装置4の装置函体と上記冷却フアン1 414との間に位置してフイルター部材15のた めの巻き取り装置16が配設されている。 上記巻き取り装置は冷却フアンのフレイムに 接続されるフレイム16Aを具備しており、この フレイム16A内に巻き取り駆動ローラ17およ び巻き取り従動ローラ18を備えている。そして 上記フイルター部材は上記従動ローラ18に捲回 され、冷却風の通過領域を横切り、上記駆動ロー ラ17へと巻きかけられている。 このような構成では、ドライブ装置4を使用 している過程で、冷却フアン14により吸入され た空気中の塵埃がフイルター部材に付着し、空気 の清浄化が達成され、ドライブ装置4の函体内に 通過させられる冷却風で、発熱部位の冷却がなさ れる。この場合、ドライブ装置内の温度はTか ら少しずつ上昇して来る。フイルター汚損が進行 してきた時、フィイルター部材15は空気流通部 位に対応する部分における塵埃の付着量を考慮し て、巻き取り装置の操作で新しい部分を上記空気 流通部位に引き出し、常に所要の空気流通量を確 保する。これによってドライブ装置4の許容限界 温度以下の設定温度T1を越えて、機内温度が上 昇することがない。 なお、上記巻き取り装置はドライブ装置の使 用時間に対応して間欠的に駆動されてもよいが、 利用者が必要に応じて操作して駆動してもよい。 ( 発明の効果 ) 本発明は以上詳述したようになり、フイルタ ー部材を巻き取り装置で巻き取ることで、新しい 部分を空気の流通部位に位置させることができ、 所要の空気流量を確保できる。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Use) The present invention mainly relates to a dust removing device installed in an optical disc information recording / reproducing device or the like.
