に、角筒状のパイプ2が、所定間隔を有して2本
並列してメツシユ筋4に溶接されて埋設されてい
る。前記パイプ2は、その両端の開口部2bをパ
ネル本体1の上下端面1bに臨ませて配設されて
いる。前記パイプ2の取付孔2aは、矩形状で、
パイプ2の長手方向に沿つて所定の間隔で複数設
けられている。前記取付孔2aに対応する前記パ
ネル本体1の一側1aには、前記取付孔2aとパ
ネル本体1の外部とを連通するように切り欠かれ
た切欠孔1cが設けられている。この切欠孔1c
は、矩形状であつて、前記取付孔2aよりやや大
きく形成されている。前記パイプ2内には、この
パイプ2の内部に係止される取付金具3が備えら
れている。この取付金具3は、第3図に示すよう
に、本実施例では、断面U字状の弾発部材5の一
面5aにナツト6を溶接止めして形成されてお
り、かつそのナツト6をパネル本体1の一側1a
(第1図で右側)に向けて開口するパイプ2の取
付孔2aから切欠孔1cに突出させて係止されて
いる。この取付金具3の幅方向長さLは、パイプ
2の内矩の幅方向長さlとほぼ同一か、わずかに
狭くなつている。前記弾発部材5の一面5aの、
