[Detailed explanation of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention is designed to be temporarily installed near the construction area, such as on-site offices, worker quarters, and dormitories for construction work, and to be easily installed after construction is completed. The present invention relates to a panel mounting device that is applied to the pillars of a building, panels, and the joints between the panels in a temporary house that can be removed and relocated to another location.

In general, this type of temporary house is made up of building frames such as pillars, beams, and girders, as well as interior and exterior wall panels, window frames, and other surface materials that are assembled into units, and the assembly, removal, and relocation work of the building is difficult. Because it is structured so that it can be carried out easily and quickly, it is widely used in addition to the above-mentioned construction buildings, such as children's study rooms, storerooms, simple stores, etc., but the usage form and installation conditions Considering this, the thickness of the facing units such as panels and window frames that make up the interior and exterior walls of the building is:
Instead of using uniform dimensions for each house, we can freely select several types of facing materials with different thicknesses (expected dimensions) depending on the purpose of the building and the surrounding climate conditions. It is desirable to be able to do so. As a device having the above-mentioned functions, a panel holder for a temporary construction sash described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-25316 is already known.

However, in the conventional panel holder, when joining the horizontal frame of the sash and the panel, a plurality of attachments with different dimensions are prepared in advance depending on the thickness of the panel to be used, and one of the attachments is selected from among the attachments. The structure is such that a special attachment for the panel in question is selected, and this is inserted between the sash horizontal frame and the panel to connect and fix the panel, and with just one type of attachment, many types of panels with different thicknesses can be attached. Not only is it extremely uneconomical and extremely inconvenient to handle, but it is also extremely difficult to connect panels without intervening a sash frame or the like. However, there was an unavoidable disadvantage in that an attachment consisting of a combination of dimensions was required.

As a means to achieve the above object, in the device of the present invention, a plurality of panels are stacked vertically between two opposing column bodies via attachments, and both ends of each panel and attachment are attached to the column body by the width of the attachment. In a panel mounting device for a temporary house, the panel is fitted into a longitudinal groove with approximately the same width as the panel, and the wall surface on the outdoor side of the panel is in contact with the end surface of the groove. The present invention is characterized in that a plurality of locking portions that come into contact with the wall surface on the indoor side are provided in a stepped manner in correspondence with each panel having a different width dimension.

On the other hand, the lower attachment 4b is formed of a horizontal plate 7 and hanging pieces 8 and 9 on the lower surface of the attachment part 15b that fits into the recess of the sash lower frame 16, almost in the same structure as the attachment 4a. A locking portion 5 is provided on the horizontal plate 7 and the hanging piece 9 on the indoor side, and the locking portion 5 may be provided in the above-mentioned inverted step-like shape, or may be provided in a position below the horizontal plate 7 as shown in FIG. It is formed by a vertical piece 17a that projects toward the outside and a horizontal piece 17b that projects toward the outside of the room from the hanging piece 8. The horizontal surface 12 is the end surface of the horizontal piece 17b, and the end surface of the horizontal piece 17b is the upright surface 11.
The lower surface is a horizontal surface 12.

As mentioned above, the panel mounting device of this invention is
When installing a panel between a pair of opposing columns,
The attachment that connects the upper and lower panels is equipped with several locking parts that touch the wall on the end face and indoor side of each panel to correspond to the different widths of the panels. It can be attached to panels of different widths, and it also supports the edge of the panel and the wall on the indoor side, so the panel will not come off during use.
It is possible to reliably maintain the attached state without rattling, thus making it easier to assemble the temporary house and making inventory management easier.
