[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a technique for preventing flooring materials with soundproofing performance from sinking near walls or openings. [Background Art] In recent years, there has been a tendency for wood-based flooring materials to be preferred over carpets in reinforced concrete housing complexes such as apartments and condominiums. Reasons for this include asthma, dust mites, and difficulty in cleaning, but because the step height is limited, the direct installation method, which has a lower finished height, has become mainstream instead of the conventional construction using rolling joists. However, in this conventional example, there is a problem in that when a direct impact is applied to the flooring material, the vibration is transmitted through the flooring material to the subfloor base material such as the concrete slab of the building, and this is transmitted to the lower floor. It was not good for soundproofing. Therefore, the present inventor considered constructing a flooring material by laminating a cushion material on the lower surface of a flooring material body, and laying this flooring material on a subfloor base material such as a concrete slab. In this case, the cushioning material can absorb the impact applied to the upper surface of the flooring material, but the cushioning property causes the floor to sink. This sinking of the floor is particularly problematic near walls. In other words, even if the flooring material slightly sinks near the wall, a gap will appear between the bottom edge of the baseboard and the top surface of the flooring material, which is extremely unsightly.
Also, since heavy furniture is placed near the wall, there is a problem in that the sinking becomes much more noticeable than in other areas. [Purpose of the invention] The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a cushion material on the back side to have soundproofing performance, but to provide a simple solution. To provide a floor structure near a wall or an opening that can prevent sinking near the wall or opening.

The structure of the floor near walls and openings of this invention is as follows:
A cushion material 2 is laminated on the back side of the floor material body 1 to form a floor material 3, and the floor material 3 is laid on a subfloor base material 4,
A sinking prevention member 7 is installed on a part of the back surface of the cushion material 2 of the flooring material 3 located at the edge of the floor such as the wall 5 or the opening.
At the same time as the sinking prevention member 7 is attached, a part of the cushion material 2 is compressed so that the back surface of the other part of the cushion material 2 and the back surface of the sinking prevention member 7 are substantially flush with each other. By adopting this configuration, the above-mentioned purpose of the present invention has been achieved. That is, in the case of the present invention, as described above, the sinking prevention member 7 is attached to a part of the back surface of the cushion material 2 of the floor material 3, and the sinking prevention member 7 compresses a part of the cushion material 2 to form a cushion. Material 2
By making the back surface of the other parts and the back surface of the sinking prevention member 7 substantially flush with each other, it is possible to prevent the flooring material 3 from sinking at the edges of the floor, such as near the wall 5 or near an opening. It is something that The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The floor material 3 is constructed by laminating a cushion material 2 on the back side of a floor material body 1 made of wood, plastic, inorganic material, or the like. A fitting recess 8 to a fitting convex portion 9 are provided on the side end surface of the flooring main body 1. Thus, the flooring material 3 having the above-mentioned structure is laid on a subfloor base material 4 such as a concrete slab in order from the edge of the wall 5. In this case, a sinking prevention member 7 is attached to a part of the back surface of the cushion material 2 of the floor material 3 that is to be pasted. The sinking prevention member 7 is a cushion material 2.
It is installed so as to compress a part of the
The back surface of the sinking prevention member 7 and the back surface of the cushion material 2 are arranged to be substantially flush with each other. Here, when the back surface of the cushion material 2 is uneven, the lower end surface of the downwardly convex portion of the cushion material 2 and the back surface of the sinking prevention member 7 are made to be approximately flush with each other. The sinking prevention member 7 is constructed by protruding a protruding fixing portion 7b upward from a support plate portion 7a, and is shown in FIGS. 11, 12, 13, and 15.
Each figure shows an embodiment in which two nail-shaped protruding fixing parts 7b are provided, and FIG. 14 shows an embodiment in which one nail-shaped protruding fixing part 7b is provided in a protruding manner. In FIG. 16, one bar-shaped protruding fixing portion 7b is provided. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 12, a cushion layer 7c (for example, 1 mm thick) such as a foam sheet is attached to the back surface of the support plate portion 7a, and in FIG. Uneven part 7b
is provided. 11, FIG. 12, FIG. 13, FIG. 14, and FIG. By driving the nail-shaped protruding fixing part 7b into the floor material body 1 and fixing it, a part of the cushion material 2 is compressed by the support plate part 7a, and the support plate part 7
The back surface of a is made substantially flush with the back surface of the cushion material 2. In addition, in the case of the rod-shaped protruding fixing part 7b shown in FIG. 16, the support plate part A portion of the cushion material 2 is compressed by the support plate 7a, and the back surface of the support plate portion 7a is made substantially flush with the back surface of the cushion material 2. In this case, the rod-shaped protruding fixing portion 7b has a semicircular cross section, and one side is an arcuate surface, making it easy to drive into the cut groove 1a, and the other side being a flat surface, allowing it to be driven into the cut groove 1a. The contact area is widened to ensure secure fitting. Furthermore, if a cushion layer 7c is attached to the back surface of the support plate portion 7a as shown in FIG. 12, vibrations can be prevented from being transmitted to the subfloor base material 4 side via the sinkage prevention member 7. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
For those with a protruding fixing part 7b protruding from the
Because of the small-diameter protrusion 2e, the contact area when compressing the cushion material 2 can be reduced, and driving can be done easily and reliably. Note that when the thickness of the cushion material 2 is 8 mm, the distance from the lower end of the support plate portion 7a to the small diameter protrusion 7e is approximately 6.5 mm, and a portion of the cushion material 2 is compressed to approximately 1.5 mm. Furthermore, the sinking prevention member 7 may be provided at each interval between the kerfs 1a. By the way, in the case where a part of the cushion material 2 is compressed and attached by the sinking prevention member 7 as in the present invention, a part of the cushion material 2 is cut out to form a recess and the sinking prevention member 7 is attached to the recess. This method saves the effort of cutting out a portion of the cushion material 2 compared to the method of fitting the cushion material 2 in, and also makes the work easier as there is no generation of dust (chips). By the way, before laying the flooring material 3, an L-shaped end fitting 10 is fixed to the wall 5 using a fixing device 11 such as a concrete nail. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the flooring material 3 is installed from the edge of the wall 5 while being adhered to the floor base material 4 with an adhesive. Here, as shown in FIG.
Put it in. The flooring material 3 is not only bonded to the floor base material 4 with adhesive, but also has a notch 14 which is a part of the cushion material 2 on the back side of the flooring material 3 as shown in FIG.
Insert the fixing metal fittings 15 and fix it to the floor material 3, and press the holding piece 16 of the fixing metal fittings 15 with the holding member 17, and in this state, use the concrete nails 18 to fix the base material 4 on the flooring material 3.
Fixed to. In this case, if it is not possible to drive the concrete nails 18, use a drill to drill a pilot hole 19 in the subfloor base material 4 as shown in FIG. Floor base material 4
It may be fixed to . Furthermore, if the above-mentioned methods cannot be adopted, the fixing member 20 may be fixed to the subfloor base material 4 with an adhesive, and the floor material 3 may be fixed to the fixing member 20, as shown in FIG. The floor materials 3 are joined to each other by a fitting recess 8 and a fitting protrusion 9.
In this case, the fitting recess 8 is thinly coated with adhesive 21 as shown in FIG.
The flooring materials 3 are connected together using a combination of fitting and adhesion. Note that the adhesive 21 that protrudes from the seam during fitting should be quickly wiped off with a damp cloth 22 or the like. On the other hand, on the wall 5 on the side where the end fitting 10 is not provided, a wedge 23 is driven between the wall 5 and the flooring material 3 at the end, as shown in Fig. 8, to eliminate the gap between the joints between the flooring materials 3. It is intended to do so. Then, when constructing the baseboard 24, the aforementioned wood chips 13 and wedges 23 are removed, and then the baseboard 24 is constructed as shown in FIG. By the way, there is a subsidence prevention member 7 on the floor material 3 located near the wall 5.
Since this is attached, the floor material 3 is prevented from sinking near the wall 5, and a gap is prevented from being generated between the lower end of the baseboard 24 and the upper surface of the floor material 3. Furthermore, the baseboard 24 prevents the flooring material 3 located next to the wall 5 from floating upward. In addition, in the above embodiment, the wooden piece 13 and the wedge 2
When 3 is removed, there are 2 to 2 between the wall 5 and the edge of the flooring 3.
A gap of 3 mm is created, but by forming such a gap, it is possible to accommodate the elongation of the flooring material 3 after construction. In the above embodiment, an example was shown in which the sinking prevention member 7 was attached to the flooring material 3 near the wall 5, but the sinking preventing member 7 may be attached to the flooring material 3 near the stile 5a as shown in FIG. 17. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 18, a sinking prevention member 7 may be attached to the floor material 3 near the threshold 5b. Number 30 in Fig. 18 is a tatami mat.

In the present invention, as described above, the floor material is constructed by laminating the cushion material on the back side of the floor material body, so the cushion material absorbs the impact applied to the surface of the floor material and has a soundproofing effect. Of course, it is possible to prevent sinking by installing a subsidence prevention material on a part of the back side of the cushion material of the flooring material located at the edge of the floor, such as near walls or openings, by laying the flooring material on the subfloor base material. A part of the cushion material is compressed by the sinking prevention member so that the back surface of the other part of the cushion material and the back surface of the sinking prevention member are approximately flush with each other, so that there is a gap between the bottom end of the baseboard and the top surface of the flooring material near the wall. It fits well without the risk of creating gaps,
In addition, even if heavy furniture is placed at the edge of the floor, such as near a wall or an opening, it is possible to reliably prevent the furniture from sinking into the floor.Furthermore, the sinking prevention material can be used without the need to cut out the cushion material. It can be installed easily and does not generate chips like those that cut out cushioning material.
