【実施例】以下、本発明を添付図面に示す具体例に基づ
き、詳細に説明する。図１はヘッドランプ、フォグラン

一体化した本発明に係る外装部材を装着した自動車ボデ
ィを前方から見た斜視図、図２はストップランプ、バッ
クランプ、テールランプおよびその間に配置されるエン
ドパネルを一体化した場合の本発明に係る外装部材を装
着した自動車ボディを後方から見た斜視図である。図１
においては、やや湾曲した平板状外装部材１はその中央
部に位置するフロントグリル部１１と両端部に位置する
ヘッドランプ部１２、１３とその中間に位置するフォグ
ランプ部１４とからなり、ポリカーボネート樹脂により
透明部材として製造される。その表側は各部の機能に応
じて例えば、レンズ構造等に構成されるが、基本的には
次の層構造を有する。即ち、図３に示すように、透明樹
脂１０ａの上に着色層１０ｂを塗布形成した後、フィル

色着色層として半透明色のランプ透過部として構成する
とともに、フロントグリル部１１はボディと同着色を施
してボンネット２およびバンパー３との連続性を持たせ
るようにする。特に、ヘッドランプ部１２および１３並
びにフォグランプ部１４は裏面にランプケースが形成さ
れ、ランプが装着される。即ち、図４に示すように、平
板状部材１の所定箇所には裏面から水平に起立する側壁
１５ａで囲まれるランプケース１５が平板状部材１の成
形と同時に形成され、その開口部１５ｂにフランジ部１
６を有するランプ本体１７が装着され、ヘッドランプ、
フォグランプを構成する。他方、図２においては、水平
な平板状外装部材４は上下に着色２分され、その上部側
４ａの中央位置には横長の赤色ストップランプ部４１が
形成される一方、下部側４ｂのほぼ全面にわたって赤色
のテールランプ４２、４４が配置され、テールランプ４
２と４４の間には透明なバックランプ部４５、４６が配
置されている。該平板状外装部材４はポリカーボネート
樹脂により透明部材として製造される。その表側は各部
の機能に応じて例えば、レンズ構造等に構成されるが、

体を赤色に着色し、テールランプ部４２、４４を赤色と
する一方、バックランプ部４５、４６では無着色として
透明色のランプ透過部として構成する。特に、ストップ
ランプ部４１およびテールランプ部４２、４４並びにバ
ックランプ部４５、４６の裏面にはランプケースが形成
され、ランプが装着される。即ち、図５に示すように、
平板状部材４の所定箇所には裏面から水平に起立する側
壁４７ａで囲まれるランプケース４７が平板状部材４の
成形と同時に形成され、その開口部４７ｂにフランジ部
４８を有するランプ本体４９が装着され、ストップラン
プおよびテールランプを一体的に構成している。なお、
