【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、風船玩具の止め具に関するものであ

（従来の技術） 風船玩具を保持棒などに取り付けるときに、風
船の口部を閉塞する部材を設けたものが開発さ
れ、実開昭58−193992号公報で紹介された。前記
した従来考案は、 Ａ 柄部の一端にヒンジ部を設けること Ｂ 柄部の端部でリング部を設けた近傍に上部が
柄部に固定され下方が短枝状にのびたガス止部
を設けること からなり、Ａ構成要件は「ゴム風船を載置するた
めのもの」であり、又、Ｂ構成要件は「リングの
中を通したゴム風船の口部および首部をガス止部
と柄部との隙間に入れることによつてゴム風船を
強く挟着して該部分を封止してガス止めをするも
