操作手順に関するマニュアル情報を作成するオンライン
マニュアル情報作成手段と、前記対話処理手段から現在
の状態での処理手順の情報を付加した起動信号を受け前
記処理手順の情報をオンラインマニュアル情報作成手段
に渡し前記操作手順に関するマニュアル情報を受信し前
記操作者にオンラインマニュアル情報として伝達するオ
ンラインマニュアル情報提示手段とを有することを特徴
