いた。<Conventional technology and its problems> Examples of waterway structures commonly used in the past include culverts and U-shaped ditches, but these are made of concrete and have high strength but are extremely weak. It is heavy and therefore, when used in areas with loose ground, such as peat areas,
Due to its own weight, it has a tendency to sink or tilt over time, and has sometimes been moved from its original location. This also caused the joints to separate, causing water leakage, and the heavy weight of the product also reduced the efficiency of construction work.

forming an inner wall member and an outer wall member, filling a material that hardens over time between the inner wall member and the outer wall member, and curing the material to be integrated with the inner wall member and the outer wall member, It is designed to be strong and lightweight, making it particularly suitable for use on soft ground.

is a material that is filled between the inner wall member 1 and the outer wall member 2 and hardens over time. The material 3 that hardens over time is, for example, concrete,
These materials include asphalt, rubber, etc., and these materials may be used singly or as a mixture, and may also be mixed with volcanic lapilli or foamed. In addition, when pouring such material 3, set the FRP inner wall member 1 and outer wall member 2 with a gap between them, and fill the material 3 into this gap as if pouring it into a mold. After filling, it hardens over time and the molding is completed. Moreover, its overall shape is no different from conventional waterway structures.

Furthermore, even if the material to be filled inside is concrete, the amount to be filled can be reduced by the thickness of the FRP, making it possible to reduce the overall weight. The effect is extremely large, as it can reduce weight by itself and also improve the efficiency of construction work.
