In addition, in recent years, bags called grocery bags have become popular at supermarkets and stores for consumers to take home their purchased products.
In cases where the upper and lower ends are cut by fusing or welding, the distortion of each bag-like object is large, and the arrangement described in the above-mentioned publication is incomplete. (See Figure 6), the delivered bag-like materials are pierced into a heating needle one by one, and when a predetermined number of bags have been reached, the bag-making machine is temporarily stopped, the heating needle is removed, and the A group of bags in which several bags have been heat-welded and blocked is carried out to the next processing station.

Therefore, as described in JP-A-58-188264 (see Fig. 7), the applicant welded a bag material band in the transverse direction immediately downstream of a pair of upper and lower clamping type intermittent transfer conveyors. A welding and fusing device for fusing is provided, a bag-like object holder is provided further downstream from this with a slight space, and two pressing members are provided on the upper surface and the upstream end of this holder, which alternately approach and separate from each other. ,
In a state in which the pressing member that approaches and separates from the upper surface is separated from the pedestal and the pressing member at the upstream end is in pressure contact with the pedestal, the intermittent transfer conveyor moves the bag material strip to a predetermined size on the pedestal. The bag material strip is fed onto the table, and during the next intermittent transfer conveyor stop, the vertically movable pressing member is lowered, thereby pressing a part of the bag material strip onto the table and welding it almost simultaneously. Operate the fusing device to weld and cut the bag material band,
The tip part is made into a bag-like object, and the pressing member that was pressing the upstream end of the pedestal is once separated, and the upstream end side of the bag-like object that has just been manufactured is placed on the top surface of the pedestal. We developed a device that repeats the operation of pressing the pressing member against the bag-like object on the pedestal again and then separating the pressing member on the upper surface upward, but since the downstream end of each bag-like object was distorted, During this time, air intervenes, and together with the distortion, the bag-like objects become bulky, and the bags that are sent out until the predetermined number of sheets are reached hit the group of bag-like objects on the pedestal, making it difficult or impossible to organize them afterwards. Alternatively, when a group of bags that has reached a predetermined number is to be clamped all at once at the downstream end, the clamping may become incomplete.

(Purpose) This invention is capable of reliably eliminating the air between each bag, even if the bag has a welded part at the downstream end of the bag as described above, so that each bag does not become bulky. This product has less distortion and wrinkles, allows the gripping tool to reliably hold a predetermined number of bags during the short intermittent transfer time of a normal conveyor, and enables non-stop operation of the bag making machine. It is.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In this invention, a welding device for welding and cutting the bag material strip in the transverse direction is installed immediately downstream of the pair of upper and lower clamping type intermittent transfer conveyors. A bag holder is provided on the base with a slight space on the downstream side, and when the vertically movable pressing member that comes into contact with and leaves the top of the holder is separated from the holder, the intermittent transfer conveyor Then, the bag material strip is fed out onto the pedestal by a predetermined size, and while the intermittent transfer conveyor is stopped, the vertically movable pressing member is lowered, thereby pressing a part of the bag material strip onto the pedestal. At the same time, the welding device is operated to weld, melt, or cut the bag material strip, and the tip thereof is made into a bag-like object, and the above-mentioned series of operations in which the vertically movable pressing member ascends is repeated again to form a bag-like object. In the object stacking device, the pedestal is rotatable back and forth from a substantially horizontal position to an inclined position with its downstream end descending, and is pivotally connected to the base by a horizontal shaft at its upstream end position, The movable pressing member has a flat area approximately equal to that of the pedestal, and an elastic body is attached to the lower surface of the movable pressing member, and when the pedestal is in an inclined position, the vertically movable pressing member is lowered to A bag stacking device characterized in that the pedestal and the vertically movable pressing member are connected to an operating mechanism that first presses the pedestal at an end position and then moves the pedestal from an inclined position to a horizontal position. The problem was solved by doing this.

(Effects) In this invention, since it is configured and operates as described above, each time the bag-like object A is sent out onto the pedestal 15, the pedestal 15 and the elastic body 31 attached to the pressing surface move up and down. Since the pressing member 30 presses almost the entire bag-like objects A from the upstream end to the downstream end with a slight time difference, the wrinkles of the bag-like objects A are smoothed out and each bag is The air between the bag-like objects A is removed each time, and even if there is a welded part at the downstream end of each bag-like object A, it will not become bulky, and the bag-like objects A group will be in a flat state. Even if the bag-like objects in Group A try to deform due to the distortion of the fabric, the air pressure between each bag-like object becomes negative pressure, and the atmospheric pressure from the outside prevents the bag-like objects from deforming, resulting in the flat state as a whole. is held sufficiently until the next bag-like item A in the stack is sent out, and the bag-like item A in the stack is already stacked up to a predetermined number (usually 50 or 100 bags), and the bag-like item A Supports the group and does not become disorganized or unable to keep things organized.

In addition, since the downstream side of each bag-like object A group is pressed almost all the way to its end, the bulk of the downstream end is sufficiently compressed, so that even the small clamping tool 40 can be used to clamp it with the clamping tool. It can be quickly and reliably clamped, for example, within a short period of time when it is clamped by the pedestal 15 and the vertically movable pressing member 30.

(Effects unique to the embodiment) In this embodiment, as described above, the pedestal 1
A horizontal movable pressing member 35 is provided on the upright wall 19 facing the space 14 at the upstream end of the horizontal movable pressing member 30, and alternately presses against the pedestal 15 with the vertical movable pressing member 30. Because they are connected,
There is no fear that the position of the group of bags A stacked on the pedestal 15 will shift, and moreover, the count-up signal of the counter 46, which is a detection device, detects that a predetermined number of bags A are stacked on the pedestal 15. When the vertically movable pressing member 30 is lowered and the pedestal 15 becomes completely horizontal, the clamping tool 40 holds the bags A group at the positions of the notches 18 and 32 of the pedestal 15 and the vertically movable pressing member 30. The compressed downstream end of the bag is securely clamped, and when the vertically movable pressing member 30 is separated, the horizontally movable pressing member 35 is also separated. This has the effect of accurately transporting the A group to the next processing station.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A welding device for welding and cutting the bag material strip in the transverse direction is provided immediately downstream of the pair of upper and lower clamping type intermittent transfer conveyors, and further downstream from this is a welding device that welds and cuts the bag material strip in the transverse direction. A bag holder is provided on the base with a space in between, and when the vertically movable pressing member that approaches and separates from the upper surface of the holder is separated from the holder, the bag material strip is moved by the intermittent transfer conveyor. A predetermined length of bag material is fed onto the pedestal, and during the next intermittent transfer conveyor stop, the vertically movable pressing member is lowered, thereby pressing a part of the bag material strip onto the pedestal, and approximately At the same time, the welding device is operated to weld, melt, or cut the bag material band, and the tip portion is made into a bag-like object.
In the bag stacking device that repeats the above series of operations in which the vertically movable pressing member rises again, the pedestal is rotatable back and forth from a substantially horizontal position to an inclined position with its downstream end descending, and its upstream end position. The vertically movable pressing member has a flat area approximately equal to that of the pedestal, and an elastic body is attached to the lower surface of the pressing member, and the pressing member an operating mechanism that lowers the vertically movable pressing member when the member is in the inclined position, first brings it into pressure contact with the pedestal at its upstream end position, and then moves the pedestal from the inclined position to a horizontal position; and the pedestal and the vertically movable pressing member. A bag-like object stacking device characterized in that the members are connected.
