産業上の利用分野 本考案は携帯用機器の電源、特にカメラ用電源
として用いられる電池パツクに関するものであ
る。 従来の技術 二つ割ケースと、これらケースを重合して形成
される内部空間に収納され相互に電気的に結合さ
れた少なくとも2ケの電池よりなる電池群と、ケ
ースの外表面に露出し、一端が電池群の正負極端
子にそれぞれ接続される正負極外部端子板とを備
えた電池パツクは、例えば実開昭61−39861号公
報に開示されている。 考案が解決しようとする問題点 第8図乃至第11図に示される上記公報の構成
により、外部端子板7′,8′がケース1の端面或
いは側面のいずれにもあるため器具への接触に対
する設計自由度は高く、開孔9′内に形成した支
持片10′により外部端子板7′,8′の外部衝撃、
変形に対する不都合は解消されている。しかし、
外部端子板7′,8′の他端72′,82′をケース
側面における開孔縁部の内側に形成した凹部11
に係止するための、挿入作業において、凹部11
内に十分挿入されず、浮いた状態又は、はずれた
状態になり、外部端子板7′,8′が不安定な外観
になることがあつた。又外部端子板7′,8′の一
端を電池群3の所定の電極端子5,6にスポツト
溶接して電気接続する場合、外部端子板7′,
8′の他端72′,82′をケース側面における開
孔縁部の内側に形成した凹部11に一時、係止さ
れた外部端子板7′,8′が、電池群の高さのバラ
ツキ特に電池総高の低い場合に、溶接時の押さえ
により、反動で外部端子板7′,8′が、挿入した
凹部11より浮き上り、電池パツクの外観不良が
発生していた。 本考案は、上記のような従来の問題点を解消
し、製造が容易で、確実な電池パツクを提供する
ことを目的とする。 問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は、電池パツクを構成する二つ割ケース
1,2のうち、一方のケース1の側面に開孔9を
形設し、この開孔9より側面から端面の端部にか
けて設けた逆L字状凹部に断面略コの字状の外部
端子板7,8の内面を支持する支持部10を形成
すると共に、他方のケース2の端面内側に外部端
子板7,8の一方の端部72,82を係止する凹
部11を形成し、外部端子板7,8の他方の端部
71,81を電池の正負極端子5,6それぞれに
溶接固定したことを特徴とするものである。 作 用 本考案の構成によれば、ケース側面から端面の
端部にかけての凹部状の支持部を形成することに
よつて外部端子板が載置支持され、更に他方のケ
ースの端面内側に形成した逆L字状凹部に外部端
子板の他端を係止することにより、外部端子板が
仮止めされ、確実な電池パツク製造に役立つこと
となる。 実施例 以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づき説明す
る。第1図乃至第7図において1,2は略同一形
状を呈する合成樹脂製の二つ割ケースにして、こ
れらケースを重合させることにより電池群を収納
する内部空間が形成される。3は少なくとも2ケ
(本実施例では2ケの場合を示している)の電池
4,4を直列接続してなる電池群であつて、その
上面には電池群としての正負極端子5,6が位置

後方より側面にある開孔9に正負極外部端子板

介挿し、ケース1の下端面に設けた切欠部12を
介して前述同様に接続片15の両端を夫々電池
4,4の正負極端子にスポツト溶接して、電池
4,4を直列に電気接続する。その後正負極外部
端子板7,8の一端71,81に相応する位置に
凹部を形成したケース2をケース1に被せ両ケー
スの接合部を例えば超音波溶着等により接着して
完成させる。 以上の構成の本考案の電池パツクをA、第8図
乃至第11図に見られる従来の電池パツクをBと
し、各1000個、製造した場合の、外部端子板の浮
き上りによる外観不良数を第1表に示した。
