る、たとえば数μ以下、好ましくは1〜2μ以下
にするのがよい。

接合、積層した。前記ポリイミドフイルムの他面
にウレタン系接着剤をアンカーコートし、カツト
長さ約2mmの木綿を電気植毛し、本考案の耐熱植
毛シートを得た。
