Conventional Structure and Problems Generally, the washing method of a dishwasher is to draw washing water through a drain hole at the bottom of the washing tank, spray it through a nozzle, and circulate the washing water.
On the other hand, the pressure switch is programmed to detect the water level in the cleaning tank, and when it reaches the reset state, stops the cleaning pump, drives the water supply valve, and replenishes water.

If the cleaning pump is operated with the drain hole clogged with leftover food, it becomes difficult to draw water through the drain hole, so the pressure switch connected to the drain hole is reset and water is supplied. However, since the washing pump stops while water is being supplied, the pressure switch immediately trips, stopping the water supply and turning the washing pump.

If the drain hole becomes blocked for some reason as described above, a so-called "breathing phenomenon" occurs in which water supply and cleaning are repeated alternately.

The operation of conventional dishwashers is based on a program that combines a built-in timer and a group of cam switches, and even if this "breathing phenomenon" or abnormal operation occurs, it cannot be detected and the program was driving normally. As a result, there have been disadvantages in that the dishes are not washed sufficiently or the washing tank is overflowing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a pressure switch that detects the water level in the cleaning tank. Reference numeral 2 denotes a storage means which inputs the output of the pressure switch 1 and stores this water level data. Reference numeral 3 denotes an abnormality determining means, which determines from the data in the storage means 2 whether there is an abnormal state. 4 is a control means which inputs the outputs of the pressure switch 1 and the abnormality determination means 3, and normally when the pressure switch 1 is in a trip state, the cleaning pump 5 is activated.
In the reset state, the water supply valve 6 is driven, but if the abnormality determining means 3 determines that there is an abnormality, the operation of the cleaning pump 5 and the water supply valve 6 is stopped, and the buzzer 7 is sounded to detect the abnormality. This is to notify the status.

The operation of this embodiment will be explained. FIG. 3 shows the main part of a flowchart controlled by the microcomputer 11. When the program enters the cleaning process, the microcomputer 11 executes step 12.
The cleaning pump 5 is driven. Next step 13
The cleaning operation is continued until the cleaning process is completed. On the other hand, in step 14, the microcomputer 11 determines whether the pressure switch 1 has been reset during this washing, and if it has been reset, in step 15, the water supply valve is opened and the washing pump is stopped. As a result of this operation, the water level eventually rises, so in step 16 the microcomputer 11 determines whether the pressure switch 1 has tripped. If it trips, it means that one trip has passed since the reset, and this number of trips is stored in step 17. Next, in step 18, if the predetermined number of times is not reached, the process returns to the normal cleaning process. If it is more than a certain number of times, the microcomputer 11
determines that a breathing phenomenon has occurred and proceeds to step 19.
In step 20, the operation of the water supply valve 6 and the cleaning pump 5 is stopped, and in step 20, the buzzer 7 is made to sound to notify of an abnormality. That is, the microcomputer 11 stores the number of times the pressure switch 1 has been tripped since it was reset, that is, the number of breaths, and if this number is greater than or equal to the number at which it can be determined that a breathing phenomenon has indeed occurred, the operation is immediately stopped and an abnormality alarm is issued. It is something that makes you do.

According to the embodiment described above, it is possible to detect the breathing phenomenon of the pressure switch 1, thereby making it possible to detect clogging of the drain hole. Further, when a breathing phenomenon occurs, a buzzer is used to notify the user of the abnormal state.
