周部6が設けられたものである。該補強体4は、
車軸筒2におけるスポーク板1の溶着位置とは反
対側の一側に前記補強体4中心の挿入孔を車軸筒
2に挿入して溶着し、外周部6をスポーク板1に
合せて溶着する。そして、円板部5に、ボルト7
及びナツト8を用いて、デイスクプレーキ9のデ
イスクプレート10を締着する。尚、円板部5に
は、図の上側に示すようにボルト7を溶着しても
よく、図の下側に示すようにナツト8を溶着して

し、外周部をスポーク板に溶着するので、薄い鋼
板製にしても剛性を高くできる。又、円板部の精
度も高くできて、デイスクプレートを強固に締着
保持できるため、デイスクブレーキに芯ずれや、
ブレーキ鳴きを生じさせない。さらに又、円板部
がスポーク板と反対側で車軸筒に溶着されるの
で、広いスパンでスポーク板を支えられるため、
リムの車軸筒に対する剛性を上げることができ
る。こうして、全体に軽量にできて、製造コスト
の低減も図れる。
