アンボンド引張材を定着させてなる永久アンカー
用アンボンド引張材の定着装置において、前記ア
ンカーヘツドの外周面に雄ねじを備え、該雄ねじ
に前記アンカーヘツドの外方端面側を覆うキヤツ
プを螺合させ、該キヤツプは頂部に栓で閉塞した
充填剤注入孔を備え、下端外周に突設した鍔片下
側に液密性を保持するパツキンを備え、前記充填
剤注入孔からキヤツプ内に硬化性充填剤を充填し
て前記引張材定着用楔をアンカーヘツドに対して
一体化させたことを特徴としてなる永久アンカー
用アンボンド引張材の端部定着装置に存する。

また、アンカーヘツドの外周面に雄ねじを備えた
ことにより、該アンカーヘツドにアンカーヘツド
の外方端面側を覆うキヤツプを確実かつ容易に螺
合させることができるので作業性が良く、該キヤ
ツプが容易に外れたり、緩むことがない。またア
ンカーヘツドの外周面の雄ねじに緊張ジヤツキの
カプラーを螺合することにより、前記雄ねじをア
ンボンド引張材の再緊張の支点とすることができ
るので、引張材用定着楔を介してアンカーヘツド
に定着したアンボンド引張材を全て一度に再緊張
することができる。さらに、キヤツプの下端外周
における鍔片下側に設けたパツキンによりキヤツ
プ内の液密性を保持できるので、該キヤツプ内に
充填した硬化性充填剤が外側にもれることがな
い。
