定締め付け7A及び可動締め付け治具7Bにタンク胴板
2の長さに合わせて上下に移動する縦方向の駆動機構を
付加すれば、段取り時間の低減及び自動化が促進され

動的に行われるので、タンク胴板に底板を取り付ける作
業の自動化が可能であり、能率良く行うことが出来る。
またタンク胴板と底板を溶接により行っていた仮固定が
不要となるため、本溶接時の溶接条件が同一となり溶接
欠陥を低減する事が出来る。

け仮固定させた後、下部駆動軸、上部駆動軸を移動させ
底板保持金具、底板位置決め金具を所定位置に退避さ
せ、次いで前記溶接装置により底板を上方からタンク胴
